I had great service from these fellas. My screen was smashed on my work ipad and they said they could fix it no problem and to come back the next day as I dropped off around 11am. By 3pm that same day they called me to say it was ready to pick up! Talk about speedy service. I will definitely be back. Thanks guys, Dawn. read more

These guys replaced the wrong part and made me pay for it. Wasnt too much money but there was a definite lack of communication. As a result i dont have what i need fixed, and when i said i would source the part, he said it couldnt be done, but it wpild also cost more money. So what the f*** is it? You can't do it but you'll charge me money to do it? Yeah right. read more

This place is brutal! The staff are extremely rude and to be honest, I'm not sure if the term is "reverse racism", but he seemed to accuse my husband of being racist. The guy behind the counter told my husband "You May not want to touch this package now that I've touched it" because my husband is a big white guy with tattoos and didn't take kindly to the one staff member telling the guy helping my husband "he can wait". Sir, don't just stereotype your customers to the point where you become belligerent. It's your truly horrific "customer service" that your customers have a problem with. read more

So my first review of just saying this place is rude was removed because there wasn't enough detail so here are the "details". I had my package rerouted to this location because I wasn't going to be home. My husband went the first time to go pick it up. He walked in being the only customer in the shop and stood at the counted the person behind the counter wouldn't even acknowledge him and kept up a conversation with what appeared to be his father, that was the FIRST rude encounter. When he did finally acknowledge him is was abrupt and unfriendly. I gave my husband a snapshot from my pick up order with ALL the details of the item he was to pick up and keep in my husband has the same last name as me....the guy behind the counter tells him he can't pick it up because he didn't have any ID on him with the same address (we recently moved). He said I can call my wife right now if you'd like to speak to her and give you any details you might need. The answer was an abrupt no. So I go in 2 days later aaaand just as rude, the are just miserable, even if you're having a bad day TRY to be friendly, crack a smile back sooooomething. Anway I tell them I'm there to pick up and show them my drivers license to the women and let me say is she ever slow! There was a customer in front of me and she must have checked the ID for like 5 minutes back sllllowly back and forth before she'd handed her package over. It was if she was in fear of making a mistake...probably because of the other grumpy dude behind the counter. Anyway, I show her my ID and she going back and forth looking and I say, the address if different because we recently moved but I bring a peice of mail and showed her that. This is when grumpy dude interrupts and checks my ID and says to what I think is his wife, no-look the name on the package says CHAR not CHARLENE ...OMG are you kidding me!! How would have had all the tracking info for my package? He FINALLY lets her give me my package and I said that's ridiculous, I won't be rerouting my packages there again, and he said yea and I'm RUDE for following the rules :))...this is when I realize he's read my review and probably had the last one removed because there wasn't enough detail....he HEY RUDE DUD, is this enough detail?!! TRY smiling, try being nice to your "wife" and customers and stop being such a control freak and maybe your business would get better reviews. I think all your good reviews have come from your family, just saying pretty obvious! Have a great day, I won't be back! read more

I then crack my screen only a month later and the man working there charged me $45 with a screen protector. Only 3 weeks later my screen cracks again I go back and he says it'll cost me $65 dollars... I was so surprised. I told him he had charged me $45 earlier and he said he did not, he would never. He was in fact changing the prices up because he charged another customer $65 rather then $50 while I was in the shop. The employees change the price depending on how people interact with them which is absolutely ridiculous.

Took my phone S24 ultra in for screen repair, when I got it back the screen wasn't even the right…read moresize for the screen, but I got over it, wrapped it up and gave it for a Christmas gift, when the person opens it they also got lottery tickets and they tryed scanning the tickets with app on phone but the screen was only black, they stole or broke my phones camara. And put in a screen that didn't even fit my S24 ultra. If toy ever get Ur screen repaired make sure you check all the functionality like camara is working. This is so frustrating I payed over $375 for a screen not even the right size for one and then the lost of the use of the camara. (Park royal mall kiosks)

These guys are the real deal. This is the only screen repair shop I've returned to over the years, knowing that I'll have a wonderful experience each time at BC Gadgets. The guys who work there are utterly friendly, knowledgeable and experts of their work. Their repair times are always quick (half hour or less each time for me), and they're always keen on finding a solution, especially on the price front which seems more than reasonable considering other options I've seen in the city. I rarely leave Google reviews, but these guys deserve every star (and even an additional one if I could). As much as I wish to avoid my next phone screen crack, I really do take solace in knowing exactly where to go if/when it does happen. I wish that were the case for all of my other product/service needs! Much appreciated, fellas. read more

I went to BC GADGETS a day or two ago to replace my number plan with public mobile because they had an AMAZING deal. When I went to see the plan, Mandeep treated me very well and very kindly. Later on when I wanted to see all of the available plans, he explained the pros and cons of each plan very well. He answered my questions in a lot of detail. He's also a pretty generous guy as he gave me a discount at checkout. Basically, it's a GREAT shop and I personally recommend everyone to go this shop for cell phone repair, to buy accessories and to also get phone plans for yourself or any of your relatives. read more

A lady went into your store to pick up a package and either you or your employees told her to fuk off and called her an idiot, by the way she had a 1 year old baby in her arm . Any comments on this , or did she just make it up , by the way a man came up to her and asked if she was alright after your verbal abuse tyrant.
