These guys are the real deal. This is the only screen repair shop I've returned to over the years, knowing that I'll have a wonderful experience each time at BC Gadgets. The guys who work there are utterly friendly, knowledgeable and experts of their work. Their repair times are always quick (half hour or less each time for me), and they're always keen on finding a solution, especially on the price front which seems more than reasonable considering other options I've seen in the city. I rarely leave Google reviews, but these guys deserve every star (and even an additional one if I could). As much as I wish to avoid my next phone screen crack, I really do take solace in knowing exactly where to go if/when it does happen. I went to BC GADGETS a day or two ago to replace my number plan with public mobile because they had an AMAZING deal. When I went to see the plan, Mandeep treated me very well and very kindly. Later on when I wanted to see all of the available plans, he explained the pros and cons of each plan very well. He answered my questions in a lot of detail. He's also a pretty generous guy as he gave me a discount at checkout. A lady went into your store to pick up a package and either you or your employees told her to fuk off and called her an idiot, by the way she had a 1 year old baby in her arm .
