I've been in and around the entertainment industry for just over ten years, mostly as an actor and…read moremore recently as a writer. During the course of trying to bring my most recent project to market, I've attended seminars, paid to pitch producers, and have done loads of research on how to get my material into the right hands. While most of the services I've paid for sounded great on the surface, they failed to deliver any meaningful results that helped move my project forward. After learning about Voyage Media, researching the company and their business model, and listening to a presentation from founder Nat Mundell, I was convinced that I had found a home for my story and a group of people that could help me realize my dream. For a price less than what I've paid others, Voyage has so far delivered incredible value. The producer I pitched give me clear and actionable notes on story, character, and what executives producers look for when considering attaching themselves to a project and what adjustments I needed to make in that regard. He pointed out a few blind spots that had perhaps previously kept my project from moving forward. I've never received that from any of the other producers I paid to pitch! Nat phoned me the next week and followed up with a plan of action and a set of steps that made clear the process of getting my project ready to sell and how that would be done. Furthermore, as someone who has built and operated several companies, I have a unique perspective when it comes to identifying well-built organizations. Voyage Media is no exception. Nat and his team have done an excellent job in curating industry professionals and producers from across all disciplines. The resources and information they provide are insightful and extremely valuable. Not only that, but I have yet to find another organization in the entertainment industry that offers a turn-key approach to bring your story idea to market in such an integrated and streamlined way. So, if you are new to the entertainment industry, or even if have been around for a while like me, I highly recommend working with Voyage Media. It's the best investment you'll ever make!

I went to this location to ask about a possible project and was really confused by the set up…read more This business has no official storefront. What they have instead is a temp front office (no relation to the business itself) that prepares a paper invoice and have you leave your item with them. The item then gets picked up, inspected at a later date, then a quote is given to you either by phone or email. This is extremely inconvenient for the customer as there is no onsite assessment that can be done which means you're obliged to travel back and forth to a nonexistent office. It's lazy at best, unprofessional at worst. Responsiveness was hit or miss -- more often than not, my calls were not answered but I did get a call back on the same day and the man answered all my questions as patiently as he was able. However, I can't recommend this place given the concerns listed above.
