The guys were nice enough and once I got in the garage they aired my tires to 35 psi, checked my cold cranking amps and pulled my air filter out to show me - even though I asked them no NOT pull it out. They want you to stay in your car throughout the experience. Not once did they tell me how much money it costs. Turns out they want $91.99 for a full synthetic oil. Quite a lot in my opinion. I may start doing my own oil changes in the future. Interestingly looking up other oil change places in this area NO ONE posts the cost of a standard oil change. You have to call them. There's a sign outside the garage that advertises it takes "about 15 minutes". It was almost exactly 15 minutes for my visit. Had they checked the cabin air filter or changed my regular air filter ($25) it may have taken a few minutes longer.

We went on a Saturday around 1pm it was pretty busy because they have a hand car wash too. All of the bays were full and employees working hard came. However, they were fairly quick and allow you to wait in your car or inside. They also have benches outside for you to wait as well. If all those options aren't enough you can walk over to Bombers BBQ and get a bite to eat while you wait (this would be my personal recommendation) . The manager was super helpful. He was very honest about what our car needed and what it didn't need. He also took the time to explain in detail when we asked questions. While we were waiting inside for them to finish up I observed him help a few more customers. He even didn't charge an older woman for some service and told her to just come back the next time she needs service. Wearing a mask wasn't enforced, but in Indiana there aren't any mandates currently so what can ya do.
