As I approached, they had some pretty awesome tunes and you could hear laughter and positivity coming from inside the food truck. As I approached the window, they instantly turned the music down to be able to speak and hear at a comfortable volume. The young lady at the window was very welcoming and excitedly asked how she could help me. I gave her my order, which was actually two separate orders, and she read them back to me clearly and precisely. During the transaction, the tech was giving her some issues. A gentleman, which I heard her say was her Uncle, came to help her, and soon, we were back in business. In the meantime, her grandfather, the owner, also welcomed me and read the order back to make absolutely sure that they had the order correct. The whole family was super friendly and chatty. It took only a few minutes to get my order. The food was delicious! Seriously, my Nana made some amazing PA Dutch chicken and waffles, this rivaled hers! Overall, I have only positive things to say about Irene's Caboose. I can't wait to visit again.

I had the double Patty smash burger with bacon and it was one of the best burgers I have had. There was also some homemade pickle Chips that were delicious. We split a PB pie. I didn't mind the price of the burger but the sides were too expensive for me to add. I just wanted something more with that burger. If that burger had Chips would be 5 stars. Highly recommend this place. I look forward to eating there again.
