Replace the first floor baseboard with high output baseboard. Peter measured the job up and returned with Christian another day to complete the work. I admit I was impressed with the concern that was paid to how each peice was installed. A level and tape measure was used on each peice of baseboard to insure that when completed the entire run was the same height and on the same plain. Each cover was trimmed if needed so it fit together properly. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves and even helped me put my things back, which they didn't have to do. I could say I'm happy with the work they did and leave it there. The truth is I'm really impressed with the work did, it came out more beautiful than I hoped. They showed more attention to detail than they had to, and the price was very competitive. Its been 7 years and Pete is still doing really prideful work. I highly recommend you give this company a chance to work at your home or business. Im certain you're going to be impressed with the end result. Henry.

Requested an estimate to install two ceiling fans. Note that wiring has already been prerun for…read moreboth. First estimate was for a standard height ceiling, $488. Second estimate for a 14ft ceiling was ~$1,300. By comparison, Lowe's charges 180 for a standard install. When I made the appointment I was clear about the height of the ceiling and they insisted on having the parts available to install same day. When the technician arrived he said he needs another person due to the height and would need to reschedule. Frustrating as I stayed home for this appointment. Also, technician was about 1.5 hrs late (original window was 8 am to 1 pm, showed up at 230 ish). Instead of apologizing he said they're just too busy. Called Mister Sparky who I've used before and got a significantly more reasonable quote that also comes with a warranty on the work. Needless to say I didn't move forward as I thought the pricing was way out of scope. I'm sure they probably do good work but based on my experience I wouldn't recommend. Looking at the other reviews I think I dodged one here.

I was then told by them that I needed a completely new sewer line from the house to the street -- a $10,000 job. Before moving forward, I got two second opinions from other licensed plumbers. Both confirmed there were no cracks in the sewer line, and that the recommended $10K replacement wouldn't have solved the issue. I've now hired a different plumber who identified the actual problem and will be replacing the correct section of the pipe -- the real issue -- for $6,700. I feel I was misled and pressured toward an unnecessary and extremely expensive job. I want my $2,000 back for a repair that clearly did not work and failed within weeks. Disappointed and frustrated. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

In addition they fixed a few issues with our master bath shower head/handle and toilet. The company was really great, they sent me a bio and photo of the person who would be coming (which I appreciated for safety and professionalism), and the man who came was super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He also had some great suggestions and input on the project and location in the house, in terms of what's best to save money and simplify all the moving parts--which I really appreciated. The driver that got ran off the road is a teenager himself and had his younger brother in the car and it could've been a very dangerous situation. The driver has tried calling the company and reaching out, but have been given no answer, which is unacceptable.
