The owner and her team approach refinishing as a form of art and the results are extraordinary. They transformed my entire kitchen cabinets using techniques that highlight the natural character of the wood and make every surface look brand new. The finish is smooth rich and flawless and the cabinets look like they were freshly installed rather than restored. They also installed new hardware that elevated the entire space and brought the kitchen up to the most modern look of today. The combination of their refinishing work and the updated hardware created a transformation that feels like a full renovation without the cost or disruption. Their process shows deep mastery. They understand how to prepare the wood how to build depth through careful application and how to create a finish that feels both modern and timeless. Every step is done with intention and precision and the final result reflects a level of artistry that sets them apart from anyone else in the field. While the cabinets were drying the owner and her team also took the initiative to fix several things around my home and they approached every task with the same pride and attention to detail. The transformation saved me twenty thousand in replacement costs and the quality is beyond anything I expected. R&R Restorations is built on integrity artistry and exceptional skill. The work speaks for itself and I recommend this woman owned company with complete confidence.

Their prices were slightly lower than competitors, but the work was only slightly better than if I…read moredid it myself. They were hired for a 3 day project to repair a small bathroom floor, part of a wall, and paint a ceiling. They did not show up two days and one of the days was due to the fact that they waited until the last minute to order tiles and did not get them until a day later than expected. They do not communicate what they were doing, and when the results were poor quality they said that it was the house's fault, instead of letting us know in advance that they could not do what they told us they would do. They do not set or manage the client's expectations. When I pointed out the issues, the contractor stated "construction always has a little fail". I understand things happen but the fails should not be the end result. There is no one overseeing the work and the guys they send are clearly not experienced, and left the job on the last day with obvious issues that they did not fix. They did not properly measure and ended up not being able to fit the toilet properly back in place, and they left it tilted on an angle. It started leaking and only after we complained, they came back, did another attempt, and left again. It kept leaking and someone came back and ended up moving the toilet to the correct placement. The wall repair is horrible and there is tape peeling from the walls only a few days after the job was completed. They came back once to fix it, again blaming the walls of the house and not the fact that they used poor quality material. There are still issues that we are finding every day but honestly at this point it is less of a headache to fix it myself. They are clearly not professionals at their craft.

Mario was very responsive to all my requests and worked with me to fit my budget. I am a landlord and had a fire in my first floor storefront. The subsequent water damage and holes created by the fire department required a lot of work to sheetrock, mud and repaint. Mario was able to reframe and restore all the drywall in our basement and matched the paint and texture to the existing walls that were there. He also repaired a broken wall, refinished the floors and repainted most of the walls in the apartment above. Because the floors were very scratched and matching the stain would not blend well with the existing color, he went ahead and did the entire floor. He was reasonably priced and came in much more affordably than other quotes I received.
