The honey himself really enjoyed the tahini and honey mix and I was a huge fan of the different varieties of quince and orange preserves which could be spread on the local simit (or since I was in Izmir, gevrek). Additionally, I also ordered an omelet which, while it had a little too much egg and not enough meat for me, was very tasty. The tea as well was delicious and I adored the individually wrapped sugar cubes to make it a just a smidge sweeter. Another thing to note is that the orange juice served at Ayasaranda Imren is not as sweet as we're used to in the states, and had a surprising tartness to it that I enjoyed alongside the preserves.
