STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. This is the Worst car wash i have ever had the displeasure to go through. You py for a wash it then gets changed by a staff member to the basic wash even though you have already payed for a better wash the car comes out dirty the brushes dont work the soap doesnt work the paint protection doesnt work the pre soak doesnt work and the blow dryer doesnt work so i paid $22 for some water and when you bring this to his attention he tells you that the wash you bought is different to the same wash in the bay next to you and he will come over and scratch you still dirty car by hand. Disgusted with the piss poor service Save your self some money and go anywhere but here there is no quality there is not service and your car is just as dirty when it caomes out as when it went in a garden hose can clean better than this place. I NEVER write reviews on a business but here I am as I am a very angry/disappointed customer. I am a local at Tingalpa and thought that the drive through coffee was the best idea ever seeing as though I don't have to go out of my way AND I don't have to get out of my car. I am extremely disappointed with the male there (I think he is the owner). When I pay by cash, my coffees are $4.00 but when I pay by pay pass the coffee jumps up to $5.00 per coffee. I thought that this was a once off, but after checking my bank statements, he has charged me $5.00 every single time I have paid by pay pass. THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING SINCE NOVEMBER 2015. Now you can imagine how many coffees I have bought by pay pass since November 2015, and he would have scammed me at least $50 if not more. I URGE everyone to be VERY careful when purchasing items on pay pass at Bay Wash Tingalpa. I find this super sneaky and not customer friendly at all. I will not be returning to this car wash or coffee place. I would rather an honest person serving me and not a sneaky bugger. I know $1.00 isn't a lot of money but when you add it up it certainly is. read more
