I purchased the inside and out wash and detail as well as the wax. Please look at before and after shots . I can't fault this team, they just seemed to take that little bit more extra time to detail, and got the little extra things done right to my my car . I will even come down to the Gold Coast to get my car washed and waxed next time. The reason I have to give these guys the best franchise so far is that after driving my car home, upon inspection there was NO water streaks residue running down the side of my doors or of the back. This seems to be a continuing issue with my car when I take it to Norman Park.

They missed a lot of parts on my car, it's a brand new car so it's really easy to spot the dirt missed. The grill wasn't washed properly, the skirts still hadn't been washed, I paid extra for ad ons. For the door jams and tyre bling, which wasn't done so that was a waste of $10 add on haha and it wasn't dried very well. Left spots all over, and not a fan of how they leave your car unattended with the keys in it on the side once done...Could of easily been stolen lol I guess it's just who you get really, no real pride in their work at Southport lol...If you're not fussy, can't be bothered washing your car and want a quick cheap wash then yeah I guess go there, I definitely wouldn't spend more then $30 but haha...Couldn't imagine the other packages being done properly if they can't really do a basic wash right...

Paid for a $40 car wash ...was told that they would clean the rims as well... great I was thinking as they where admittedly dirty. But that's what a car wash is for right? I knew the car wasn't going to look sparkling new, its an older car. However I did expect the dirt to be washed off. Rims where semi clean at the rear and the front wasn't even wash properly. You could see where the cloth/ sponge had been, half pie job for sure. Really disappointed I have used other car wash places and they still manage to get the dirt off. Unfortunately I did not obtain the same standard of service. Big fat never again. That's a no go recommendation from me

This is a great car wash and I have used it for years. They have however started charging a huge…read more 9% credit charge surcharge, which is ridiculously and inappropriatly high. For example if you spend $5 in the manual car wash you pay $5.40 and If you pay $10 it is $10.80. According to the AustralianCCC website, the maximum surcharge (including any service fee) businesses may charge for Visa or Mastercard is 1.0% to 1.5%. That is 6 to 9 times what this business is charging! I will be going elsewhere! I am not sure who owns. I have been told the Von Bibra Auto Group owns it. If so, a major car retailer like that should know better.
