Abdul and his team at A-List Charters were the most budget conscious and accommodating. As with most events, unexpected needs do come up at the last minute. We had originally needed two shuttles for twenty guests however that number doubled three days before our wedding. Abdul worked with us to provide the necessary transportation to help get our guests on time, to and from our wedding. ShuttleJetServices of Ottawa is to be avoided if you wish to travel in clean cars, with safe…read moredriving and reasonable prices. A recent experience in hiring (and paying in advance) ShuttleJetServices for transportation from Ottawa Airport to the Fairmont Chateua Montebello, became a terrifying and uncomfortable drive at an unreasonable fee. On the inbound trip Ottawa to Montebello I was the only customer but was picked up in a stretch limo and seated at the very back of the limo. This made for a bumpy ride, which at times was freezing cold even though I had adjusted the heater on the ceiling to 74 degrees. For the return trip to Ottawa the driving was downright frightening. He drove too fast, frequently passing cars at high speeds which on one occasion nearly collided with a car that was changing lanes, causing our car to swerve suddenly onto the shoulder of the road, throwing us all around. This same driver had driven 3 of my associates (we identified him by name and car) a few days before and they were also terrified as they experienced dangerous driving with him frequently traveling and overtaking other cars driving at 120 km. They also noticed him falling asleep and began to talk to him to try and keep him awake for their safety. His vehicle was also very messy and dirty on the inside - it was not a traditional limo type of car. To add insult to injury, the 2 additional people who were added to my car for the return trip (which was fine as I add indicated that I was willing to share a shuttle) were also charged and pre-paid the full one-way fare for a single ride, thereby tripling the company's earnings for a single trip! My 3 associates had traveled for same price as each of our one-way tickets. We communicated our concerns to the company, who responded with a defensive message about the rigorous training of their drivers. As for the full fare charges with multiple passengers, we were told that they had never mentioned it would be private car service nor that the vehicle would not be shared with others - despite the fact my students were only charged 1/3 of the price. Despite the testimonials of good service on their website, I would not use ShuttleJetServices ever again.

We asked the driver for bottle of water - as indicated clearly in the contract. Driver indicated that she was late so did not purchase water or vacuumed the car. We asked the drive to stop so the groom can buy water on her behalf, she was angry and rude. End of the day, the driver did not allow us to remove the decor on the car and asked us to collect it from the main office. When we went to the office the next day, Zeina, the manager indicated that they could not find the decor. Avoid if you can

He went on to tell us the owner has way to much money and this stuff shouldn't happen. When we where leaving the ceremony he went to open the rear door and the hole panel fell off. A piece of advice, invest in your business and fix your junk! Also, in the event someone doesn't have a great experience learn to compensate when required. I've read some of your emails following up to the couples complaint and it's very sad that you can keep blaming everyone else instead of taking responsibility that your vehicle was broken.
