While I hope you do not have to deal with such a sad event in the near future, I can assure you that if it happens, Westford should be your first call. Here are just a few reasons why I recommend them so much: * They are kind, professional, and appreciate what you are going through. They see us at our most vulnerable. They get that. Yes, they are a business, one that has been in Bellingham for many generations. They are an important part of this community because of how they conduct their business, how cool is that? * Hard-sell tactics? Nope! They gave me the number of the manufacturer, who informed me they don't sell to the public. They gave me the only customer they had in my state, who did not answer the phone. I called and spoke with Vaughn, who told me they had already closed for the holiday weekend but he would be happy to help me. He patiently guided me through placing my order and ensuring the urn would be shipped to my vet and the plate would be shipped to my house. Over the weekend, I realized I had ordered the wrong color, so I called back on Tuesday. Again, Vaughn was very patient and kind, calling the manufacturer and changing the color before it shipped out. Everything arrived in a few days and was perfect.
