Apparently wasn't something they really wanted to take care of. My appointment was between 2:30 and 3:00. A few minutes before 3:00 they called to tell me that their truck had broken down in the morning and because now they were stuck somewhere else they couldn't take care of my job. I had been waiting all day and they could have called me this morning so I didn't have to stay home. But they didn't and when I tried to get them to come first thing the next day they wanted me to do another mid-day appointment. It didn't work for me. Staying home 2 days and plus what would I do if again they had an issue? They had trucks out but they were more interested in making sure they got to do their install jobs and said they would have to come after those were done. So yes, those jobs as far as money goes are more important. But what I got from this is they don't care about servicing their customers once they're done with the installation. I found another company to come and take care of it. They were happy to come early in the day.

But they came by and examined our very tiny yard (cookie-cutter neighborhood in Moncks Corner), gave us a very reasonable quote and told us to call when we were ready. Instead of disappearing as many companies do (especially with "small" jobs), Jeff worked with our schedule, regraded our yard, installed 2 French drains (Moncks Corner = clay soil), and re-sodded with thick, lush grass. It's been about two weeks now and everything about our yard is perfect! They even installed a dog run for Daphne--and the estimate was the price--no unpleasant surprises when everything was said and done. So don't be afraid to call them--not only do they show up when they say they will, they work hard and stay until the job is done. (Of course, it may have helped that my husband bought them a dozen donuts the morning they started the job but somehow I know they would have worked just as hard.) So as I said, don't be intimidated by the high-dollar jobs they've done in Mount Pleasant, Kiawah, Daniel Island, etc. Jeff works with anyone who wants to improve their outdoor space--it's his passion and his joy. The owner Tim came out and assessed the issue and recommended a french drain system would alleviate the issue. Prior to starting this project, I had three other companies come out. With each company, I explained the issue that because of the pitch of my driveway, coupled with the fact the storm drains on the street sit at the base of my driveway, whenever there is a hard fast rain water would accumulate and ultimately get into my lower level. After comparing strategy, pricing and customer reviews, I ultimately decided to hire Conserva Irrigation. The work was completed in September 2025 and things were working fairly well. However, in April 2026 I noticed that water started accumulating around the drain. I contacted the company and they sent out a tech who basically cleared out the drain and said I needed to keep leaves and dirt clear of the area. Because of the pitching of the driveway and storm drains and grassy area adjacent to the driveway, that borders on impossible. But trying to be as proactive as possible, I cleaned the drain area as best I could. On July 26, 2026 it rained really heavy and water got into the lower level. I took a video and contacted Conserva. Austin came out on August 7th, saw the video and assured me that he would take the situation up with the new owner & supervisor and schedule an appointment for them to come out and discuss a remedy. Since that time, I've called and left messages on 3 or 4 occasions and haven't heard a word from anyone. I'm beyond disappointed and frustrated with how this situation has been handled. I paid over $6,000 and not only has my drainage issue not be addressed, no one has bothered to return the call. I'm hoping this review prompts a response.
