Complete…read morerenovation of the screen porch (new floors, screen, doors and trim) as well as the addition of a new platform composite deck. Porch was built over 50 years ago so there was quite a bit of rehabbing to be done. I was really specific about what I was hoping the final result would look like and they didn't disappoint! We kept the old cottage feel and used traditional wood flooring in the porch along with a beautiful composite for the outdoor platform. We kept the cedar trim boards for the screen so they buffed them up to look like brand new cedar. This was for a special event we were having there so we were under a very tight time crunch (and the weather was being very rude): they met the time crunch AND did me a solid and were cognizant of several plants in their way. The few, small punch list items that needed to be done (they're always those on a project this detailed) were happily and promptly taken care of; down to the smallest of details. My inner OCD freak was smiling with satisfaction! I've come across a few examples of their work around town and at my friends' places, and they gave RR the two thumbs up. When a friend says "yes, use this contractor, they've proven it", it's the biggest reason to choose Redfin over all the others. Because we've all heard the horror stories, right? It's tough to know who to trust to do good work (much less phenomenal work as it was my case) as you shovel out hard earned dollars to them. All in all, my experience with Redfin Renovations has been an absolute 1000 out of 10 would recommend for any type of project. Thank you, Joey and crew!
