No need to fuss with annoying copy cards or scratching one's head over a particular machine's interworkings. This is a full service operation that seems to be the hub for local businesses to take care of their copying and printing needs. They also have a selection of office supplies, and computer repairs are offered in the adjacent room. Street parking is readily available next to their Filer Street entrance, though there is also an entrance on the busier River Street.

Another worker finally asked our name and got our packages while the other employee continued to berate us telling us they don't handle packages. After this experience I will never work with them again. Not looking for a generic apology. After reading other reviews it seems this is a trend with you.

After we sent Pam the files containing our wedding invitations and RSVP Cards, she emailed us back because in our email we told here that there were 2 invitations with two dates, one for the ceremony and one for the reception and the files we had sent her had the same date on both. Pam also caught another error in our invitations and alerted us to it before printing our invitations! I feel that she went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding invitations were perfect and perfect they were! The price was very reasonable as well.
