They are currently replacing my pool liner and the job was done within a few hours once the liner came in. My weekly pool maintenance is always on schedule and very well done. Pool service tends to get a little pricey but they are the best priced pool guys I've found locally. I can always reach them by phone or text with questions.

To sum it up: they were 3 months late on delivery, which happened during the time that I wasn't home to supervise (and they had advance notice), the steps were originally put in the wrong end, the concrete around the pool was not the correct measurements that I had indicated several times (even in writing), the liner was cut during the installation process and wasn't patched for 6 months, but didn't work and the concrete around the pool (9 months later) has cracked and eroded and Kevin says that none of that is his responsibility. There have been numerous other problems including lack of response to text or calls and rude, inexcusable behavior.

I have been a customer of this store for years. I purchased a Jacuuzi pool pump about 3 years ago…read more I was told as long as I had a professional install it, that I would have a 5 year warranty. My pump has stopped working and now Leslie's will NOT stand behind their warranty. I called store #896 and was told that Leslie's no longer will honor my warranty and that I had to call the manufacturer. Well Leslie's is the manufacturer and I keep getting the run around all week, while my pool is turning green. I've talked to everyone I can, and no one has helped. Leslie's should honor their warranties that are given to customers. Everyone just keeps passing me off to someone else. They said I am out of the area for them to send a mechanic to my house. This has been a horrible experience and it's like I can't beg anyone to help me.
