To sum it up: they were 3 months late on delivery, which happened during the time that I wasn't home to supervise (and they had advance notice), the steps were originally put in the wrong end, the concrete around the pool was not the correct measurements that I had indicated several times (even in writing), the liner was cut during the installation process and wasn't patched for 6 months, but didn't work and the concrete around the pool (9 months later) has cracked and eroded and Kevin says that none of that is his responsibility. There have been numerous other problems including lack of response to text or calls and rude, inexcusable behavior.

They said they would pass it on to their technician and no other information was given. With no change after 24 hours it took several phone calls to get in touch with anyone. It is understandable that they are busy, particularly since they are so understaffed, but the lack of communication during such an emergency is expensive for customers, unprofessional, and frankly imbecilic. The owner did return our call, but was defensive, unprofessional, and insensitive to our situation.
