In the last five years I've had two injuries requiring the care of an orthopedic doctor, and I…read morefired two caregivers before I found Dr. Klein. He is a smart, capable, experienced physician with a penchant for very clear communication and a very affable bedside manner. I wish more doctors were like him!

Very disappointed and discouraged with this office Especially Dr.Todd Johnson…read more Went in for first visit (DEC 2016) after waiting in waiting room 40 mins then in the doctor room for 30 mins finally the doctor comes in. Looked at our X-ray said you did a number on your heel bone its in 2 pcs.. He says to get a better look at it we need to get a cat scan done. $700.00 cat scan, later we are back in Dr. Todd Johnson clinic and says well I cant do the surgery you have to go to someone else. We asked didn't you see the foot was broke on the x-ray we brought you? He replied Very frustrated voice that the cat scan shows me the exact break and yes clearly its in 2 pcs.. So we ask why did you send us to get a cat scan done and have us come back here to tell us that you can not do the surgery. Why didn't you just tell us at the first visit. So we ask, Can you reduce this visit to help out with the fees to have to go to another Doctor since we have to pay a deductible before our Ins will cover any cost.. Then he says I have a family to feed too, is that all the questions you have? We said yes and left the room. Checking out the lady at front desk says the amount. We ask are you sure cause we have not paid our deductible for you to bill INS. Now 3 months later we are getting billed for the difference of what we were not charged up front cause they said Ins wouldn't pay. So we call up there and asked why we are being billed we told y'all that our Ins was not going to pay a dime until our deductible is met. The lady says sorry you owe the difference. So we replied our first visit here was a few days ago did y'all not see you charged us full price then due to Ins not paying till deductible is met? The lady says yes I see that, I'm sorry we billed you incorrectly but you owe the difference. So we said this is not right how y'all treated us the doctor spoke to us have us come in just to be told he cant do the surgery.. almost 4 months later still paying on cat scan,They allowed us to make payments knowing we are fixing to shell out a lot of money. Will not refer this clinic to anyone. originally - We went to a local 24 hr clinic to get an x-ray to confirm the foot was broke or not then we went to orthopedic and sports medicine center..

I ruptured my Achilles and had no clue where to go as I'm a DFW transplant and had never done more…read morethan annual physicals and dental appointments here. I love this clinic is slightly separated from the huge Baylor hospital which made it very easy to get to. They have very friendly staff, always at least 2-3 people to check patients in and out. So they move quickly. My surgeon was Dr. Royer who was INCREDIBLE every time. I would show up 15-20 minutes before my appointment time and over the course of 4 months, my visit was normally finished at or very shortly after my actual appointment time. Usually, I barely had a chance to complete my check-in forms before they were calling me back. Not that I ever want to experience this injury again but I bragged to family and friends all the time about the VIP service I was getting. The waiting room is very comfortable and they have a wide selection of coffee and tea flavors to choose from. Without question, if I need an orthopedic surgeon again in the future, I'm going back to this clinic and hopefully, Dr. Royer is still practicing.

Took all information to check insurance and followed up before our visit. The physician was okay being in health care over 45 yrs I have a very high bar for caregivers. Office visit was efficient.

Dr. Robert Burgmeier is a true asset of this organization. I have been under his care since 2025,…read morebeing released from his care in October 2026. I don't like doctor visits, but I was genuinely sad to part ways with this man. He truly cares about his patients' quality of life and their overall well-being. For example, he operated on both of my knees, but in the end, he wanted to ensure that I was happy and that my quality of life had improved. Was I back to doing what I loved (hiking, walking, outdoors stuff) and was I confident I could get back to work? This is what matters to him. He and Tori, his PA, were truly great to work with. I cannot recommend them enough.

My entire visit took less than 30 minutes not that I was in any rush nor are doctor's visits worth…read morerushing. I'm sure they looked at the x-rays, but there was a very quick turn around from when they were taken and when I saw the assistant. I guess I'm used to waiting forever at the doctor's office, so this was a surprising change. Dr. Early and his staff were efficient, honest, and kind with their diagnosis and treatment. They recommended conservative measures for 6 weeks, ultimately against surgery, and spoke slowly and in terms I could understand easily. I told him and his assistant about another doctor I had seen and about the other doctor's recommended course of treatment, and Dr. Early was very knowledgable about why that wouldn't have been the best course. I definitely felt like I was in excellent hands in the entire time and would highly recommend him!
