However, I had been told by multiple sources about Gail and the incredible work she'd performed. So, I found myself in a quandary; I had just recently done some damage to my knee but I was days away from my tennis teams playoffs. I didn't have a choice. I had to seek help and I had to suck up my fear of needles. So; I called Gail. Perhaps she knew how frightened I was, maybe she didn't. She talked me through each move she was about to do; none of that surprise popping stuff you get at the Chiro. I've never understood how a needle in one place of your body could alleviate the pain elsewhere but who am I to judge? I had to relocate to another pain management business. Also, I had a medical procedure that aggravated my lower back that didn't get better for months and I told this business. I had to reach out to my Back Surgeon to verify I could have another epidural with in a year but did not receive no response for being in pain for month with this business. Poor Quality Of Care! My pain was just ignored without additional procedure and only discussed medication and that was even an issue. Maybe if the actual doctor would have taken time to see me things might have been better. But Black Male given to PA's with years of proven server back pain with subpar help is alright for this facility.
