Our lightly colored fabric couch was in desperate need of a cleaning! We have 4 kids and many friends that eat, sit, and climb all over it so it has become very stained. To be quite honest, having never had it cleaned before, I didn't know what to expect and I was just going to go with the lowest quote (that way if it didn't come clean, I didn't overpay). I was not very hopeful that she would get the stains out of my carpet because they were pretty brown and been like that for awhile but she was able to get out 99.9%, completely exceeded my expectations! The couch looks brand new, had spilled chocolate milk stuck on it and black soot from the chimney and a bunch of other toddler stains!
