Says he will be done in 4 weeks. Showed up and did the clean-up and tree removal work and started on the irrigation. He sent us a bill for the cleanup and tree removal. We pay the bill. 2 weeks go by, and he is a no show. Called him and he claimed he was busy with other projects. Weeks later he says he can't do the concrete work. Ok -we had to scramble to find someone else. Weeks later he hasn't finished the irrigation for the front or back yard and my plants are arriving soon. He says he can't find a plumber to install the required backflow preventor. Ok- we find a plumber and get the backflow installed. He shows up and finishes the back yard irrigation, but not the front yard. He sends us a bill for the entire irrigation costs. We pay him for the back yard, less the cost of the backflow preventor. He sues us. We go to court and the Judge, obviously, sides with us. This guy is an asshole. Avoid at all cost!

Not only did they respond quickly but made the repair for less than the original quote. Their service team is professional and competent and I'm happy I had Yelp to guide me to Life Irrigation.
