Never ordered. Bought the exact same on line at less cost This business had an issue with a person that was helping us during reconstruction after hurricane Ian. They had a falling out (for reasons unknown to me and I can't help but feel they took out their grievances on the customer). Not a good business practice. CAVEAT EMPTOR!

I'm going to explain as short as i can, because honestly they aren't worth my time…read more Sep 2014 was when I did a job for this company (as a professional installer). Half way through the project, they altered the bathrooms, added two niches (one on each bathroom, one on the guest one on the master) and a retaining wall (on the master), all covered in marble installed in French Patern layout (everyone in the field, knows how much more complex is for that type of job). No problem, told them how much it was going to be additionally, management okayed it. I delivered the work in two weeks, which was within the agreed period. Great! When i went to pick up payment, they started delaying my payment, with stupid excuses, each time with a different one. The very last one, believe it or not; they wanted for me to furnish a receipt showing, "paid in full", before they issue the payment (real sketchy stuff). I would stop by their office everyday, with something new they had asked for. Finally when they gave a check, it was short all the extra work, including the niches, additional wall construction and installation, etc. Tried to collect speaking with every manager/owner, secretary at that office... unsuccessfully. Absolute TRASH TYPE OF PEOPLE... THIEVES! I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE. There're plenty of honest hard working people, at other places right around the corner, take for an example Metro Tile, right down Shirley street, worked for them for years, HONEST PEOPLE and 100 times better materials. You can thank me later.

My 16-year-old lanai screen was deteriorating and holes were appearing. To make matters worse, the…read morebuilder of my upstairs condo unit (rhymes with Toll Brothers) had installed the original screens backward, which left the pickets on the outside and therefore impossible to wipe off. Furthermore, I had installed electric hurricane shutters inside the lanai, and there was no way to replace the screens without taking down the shutters, resulting in a labor charge several times the cost of just replacing the screens. Jeremy from Ace analyzed my situation and decided the best course of action was to replace the deteriorated aluminum frames and pickets with new material, reassembling everything in the correct orientation, all for little more than I would have paid in labor to take down and put up the hurricane shutters. I now have a beautiful new lanai screen that I can easily keep clean, and future re-screenings will be a breeze. I can't thank Ace enough for providing fast, dependable service at a fair price.

If any people reading this review and the other entries are interested in hiring Ms. Parsons, I urge you to visit her web site-- www.puredesignofnaples.com-- & I urge you to read the favorable reviews which are posted on Yelp but grayed out. I do not understand why Yelp decided to have their software algorithm omit them. The standing negative reviews are fictitious in her & my opinion. She told me she does not recognize the names or time frames, so maybe they are fraudulently posted by jealous competitors. In response to the negative but IMO peculiar reviews, I would point out that hiring an interior designer means you have the taste & money to obtain those services. It is not for people who don't understand how the design process works. And it is not for people who think they are going to get bargains. You get what you pay for. If you are considering Ms. Parsons as your interior designer, I urge you to visit her showroom and design atelier at Pure Design of Naples. And one last thing, Ms. Parsons has a certain eye and style, just as do fine artists. She can do period and style designing if you request it, but her personal style is about beautiful clean lines, handsome colors & textiles and contemporary furniture that will wear well over the years. You can let her do her thing if that's what you want, or she can tailor the work to fit what you might prefer. --Bill & Adele Nevins, Naples
