Vic was an absolute miracle worker and literally made my family's dreams come true. We were seeking multi-generational housing with non-standard incomes on property that didn't qualify for most mortgage providers. To complicate matters, we needed to purchase the new property prior to selling the old. Vic was creative with his solutions and such responsive communicator. We had to pivot a few times on the plan as our situation changed. Not only did we make it to the perfect destination, but Vic helped us get into one of the big five banks once we were settled in! He assisted us across multiple relocations within the province and we will always put all of our trust in him! read more
