It is now January my renter called and said the sundeck is leaking. I called Odell to ask him to go have a look. He said because I held back $200.00 until ever thing was complete at which time I paid him would not warranty the work basically called me an a------- and hung up. He came and inspected our roof on Tuesday, then called and told us "we don't need a new roof". He gave us a very reasonable quote for repairs needed. When we asked how soon repairs could be done he said "let me check on the status of another project and I'll call you back". And he did! The next day, Wednesday, he and his crew showed up to do the repairs, and even did a few extra things that we were not on the list, at no extra charge. Excellent customer service and tradesmanship. It's a bit of a risk to go on the hunt for a service like roofing, but I can fully endorse Kamloops Roofers. This was a 5 star experience for us.
