Long story short they held my car for 2 days and gave it back in seemingly better condition. I paid over $800 for spark plugs a coil and they never replaced the sensors. When I came back because of the engine light still being on they said I needed the air sensors. I didn't have the money to replace then and the counter guy said there not a problem not real important. 2 days later my radiation leak all my antifreeze and they said we didn't do anything thing to it but they did. They said they held my car longer to stop a leak. This place is super busy and doesn't take their time analyzing and showing you what is completely needed. I've been there with three different cars now but, no more it costs me more return time and money all the time.

Surprisingly I was fixed and out within 15 minutes even though there were lots of cars there to be worked on. I'm defiantly coming back for all future problems. They're fast, efficient, and not that expensive.

They called me again & said there was another problem needed fixing and would cost me $3000 more. I don't have that so I declined. They then did not want to fix the original issue & told me to pick my car up. When I went to pick it up they charged me $150 when originally stated $65. The guy goes to start my car for me and then gets out & tells me my car won't start. They did not put my car back together & left the stuff in my back seat & told me to call a tow truck. I drove my car in ... I expected to drive it out. Now I am out of a car with a new born who has multiple appointments & a 2 year old. Thankyou RPM .

I took a tire to them for repair. The tire was from a large ATV and it is old, but was still…read moreviable. The leak was easy to find, I located it myself before I went there by removing the tire and wheel assembly from the vehicle and running water on it with the garden hose--the leak was at the bead seal. Such leaks can be repaired with a small amount of sealer applied to the bead. There were no other leaks apparent at that time before I went to their shop. It was hot today so I waited in their waiting area to stay cool. They called me out to show me a different leak, a break in the side wall. I asked the manager and the "mechanic" if they had added air to the tire--the mechanic spoke only in Spanish to the manager and stated that he had put 20 pounds of air pressure in the tire. It clearly states on the sidewall of the tire, right above the leak he created that these tires are to be filled to only 7 pounds of pressure maximum. The additional pressure ruptured an otherwise good tire and now I have to buy a replacement for more than $300.00--I paid then the $15,00 for the repair to the bead, but I will never go back there again. It seems obvious that these people don't really know much about tires and are not really qualified to deal with anything beyond the simplest problems on only standardized materials such as basic automobile tires--they are surely not competitors to places like Discount Tire and other large tire companies. I cannot recommend them to anyone due to the fact that their incompetence will now cost me the price of a new tire when the old one would have been OK if they had not inflated it to more than double the recommended maximum.

Great experience at the H&H on Austin Hwy…read more I found a screw stuck in my rear wheel tire after dropping the kids off at camp. I felt comfortable enough to drive it back home and along the way H&H was there and open. I pulled up, pointed out the screw and they got to it. Pulled off the wheel, removed the screw and patched it. They dunked and rolled the tire in a tub of water to see if the patch took and for other leaks. My 'tech' put the wheel back on, and I was on my way. 8min, $20 and no worries about the screwing for the rest of the day. Easy, in then out.
