Each time it happens, I have to wait for someone to call during business hours in order to get it reset, but then the next time I attempt to use their "It's Me24 Hrs", I have to go through the same frustrating process. This has been going on for months, I have complained about it multiple times, but today when I tried to access my account, it happened again. Not sure if the seemingly blatant disregard of my complaints is related to mismanagement, but if you need online access to your accounts, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

She was lazy and did not do all research necessary for the purchase of this vehicle and had assured my family member that she was "good to go and everything is all good" to go get the new car. She gave her the bank check and sent her on her way to get the vehicle. My family member had, beforehand, told her that she would need to sell her current vehicle after getting the new one and she okayed that. They now tell her she needs to refinance her loan at a 9.45% interest rate. So now, basically, she is screwed and stuck with two vehicles due to this one specific loan officers lack of ethic to work. Screw you peninsula
