A real scam artist. This house had 60 amp service going into 100 amp in the house, no insulation, mold, dangerous wiring, major structural issues and many more problems. This was a summer home but I was told it was ready to be a year round home. Ken took advantage of the fact that I was in an extreme hurry because my home sold in days and I had to be out quickly. When I mentioned getting the inspection he advised against it because I would miss my time frame. I did sign all the documentation to get the deal done and one of the pieces was that he did recommend an inspection by the truth is, he steered me away from it. When I did finally get an inspection I was told this was the worst house he had been in. He his from here and knows this was in no condition to live in full time and to pay full price. This purchase has put me in financial ruins. Don't trust this man. He does not have your best interest. He is a fraud.
