The manager is elderly and very mistrustful. she does not know how to read people. It is believed the owners are related to her and she has a free hand to arbitrarily decide who's application she can except or not based upon subjective opinion not fact. She excepted my application so I assumed she had investigated me and three hours later declines the application without a decent reason so I see she doesn't know her job. She does not return phone calls she allows miscommunication on purpose as well as purposely doesn't listen. She will rather let property be an eye sore in the park then let someone decent who can afford it by it. I say she does not know her job she is not professional and she is not good for this position. She is a mar on the community. The first thing I noticed about her was her cheap wig and her very husky voice she is either a major smoker or Drinker or both and she doesn't know how to read people and God help you when she looks at you you think that you're under a police investigation.
