We had a lovely experience with the front office staff, especially with Maria, who was accommodating, kind, and extraordinarily patient. She took care of everything and made a very uncomfortable and stressful situation much easier for my mother in law. My mother in law saw Dr Iachmanovski who was so helpful. She explained things clearly, was very thorough, and took care of the emergency issue with ease. My mother in law felt comfortable and cared for. This wonderful experience has led for my mother in law to now move all her care to this practice going forward, as we are so impressed with how everything was handled with such care and so very professionally. While the last line might have left you scratching your head (because it's a weird way of looking at the dentist-patient dynamic), I ultimately want to convey that Dr. Aziz Ouzidane is honest (won't push medication or a procedure you don't need), he takes time to educate his patients on dental care that relate to their needs and questions, and really cares about his patients. I warned him that I have strong gag reflex and he worked with me on it through the cleaning. He was patient and when (I assume blood) splashed on my face throughout the cleaning, he wiped it away each time. He was thorough on the cleaning and answered my concerns. My mom took a day off specifically because of this appointment. I have never heard that someone will be denied access to a doctor and appointment will be canceled because of your lack of language skills. So, this is the ethics of this office. He is super friendly and thorough. He will talk you through the procedure and will give you a breather when he notices you wincing.
