They offer Bathrooms with showers and ice is sold at the marina. There are no pools but for us that is ok. The owner John Dickerson is a nice person who is always fair. My only complaint might be that the parking area is covered in shells and it tends to be a bit dusty and you track the shells into your car.

Now he wants to demand 200$ cause the guy we bought the trailer off dropped it off in the wrong spot . mind you it hasn't even been a day. i understand if it was there for weeks or days but it hasn't even been a day and it definitely wasn't placed on this assholes lot on purpose. He blocked the trailer in with his truck and is demanding money. what a shitbag. I will say the marina amenities are decent, but one of the major things I enjoyed was music and grabbing grub at the bar. Not to mention the countless times the lady that rents from the marina next door to the bar has bothered us to complain about them - interrupting conversations and trying to have us listen to recordings... She's the actual nuisance in this situation. If anything this marina should crack down on their renters harassing everyone (and kids jumping and splashing everyone at the pool).

She actually stalked us, our guest and trespassed on our boat. She would called us constantly telling us our every move. It was as if she looked for trouble. Very creepy. She caused a scene so frightening in front of our guest, we were forced to leave. Many people warned us the reason the marina was half empty was due to the daughters behavior. Apparently once she took ownership after the father had passed away the marina is not the same because of her. Boy were they right!! Plus her docks are not maintained. Poor lighting, ramp pitch too high at high tide, dangerous. Have and see others fall. Old fashion red wagons for transporting goods to boat are awful. Items fall out and make a lot of noise, very disturbing to boat owners. I could go on, hopefully you get the point. Stay away! On the upside the folks are our dock were wonderful. They will be missed.

Cove Haven is one of about 20 yacht yards under the Brewer brand from ME down through NY. Being a member at a Brewer marina there are some perks: a few nights for 'free' at other Brewers, discounted gas... What really makes Cove Haven is the people though - great management, friendly fellow Sperry-clad boat owners, and an overall calm that can only be achieved on the water.

We drove up from out of state to see the boat. My son and I fell in love with the boat. We drove up a second time to make the deal and bring her home. Deal was made but we came home empty handed because much like a car the boat needed to be prepped and ready for the long trip home. Got the titles and was ready to go get everything finalized when Rudy called me with bad news. There was a part that was bad and it was on national back order. Long story short the part finally came in, it was installed, and we picked up our boat. Great experience and Rudy's orientation didn't miss a beat! Detailed and thorough. I had a great experience with Twin City Marine and highly recommend them.
