I dropped my dress off first week of February and 2 weeks later I came to pick it up and it wasn't ready for another few hours. The total for getting my dress hemmed was $80. It was a silk dress, not anything super thick or crazy. I also dry clean my work blazer, which costs about $20 and takes a week to get done. Another place I use to go to on Colonial only charges $8 for dry cleaning. The prices here are definitely higher than the average, almost double. I pay for the convenience because I am walking distance from the tailor, but if you are looking for average prices I would recommend another place.

I am an executive so I usually drop clothes off a minimum of once a week, sometimes more depending on travel. Unfortunately that will come to a stop. It's one thing to raise prices it's another to go overboard. Simply said, I will no longer be a customer as the prices have become ridiculous. Update to My Review:…read more I want to publicly note that I have now formally contacted ownership directly via email regarding the damage to my brand-new Hugo Boss suit that was serviced here. Hugo Boss has since confirmed in writing that the suit was permanently destroyed after being immersed in water and then dry cleaned, a process that is explicitly prohibited and irreversible. This is not a matter that can be corrected with additional cleaning. Because I was traveling and live out of state, returning immediately was not possible, and the damage required me to purchase a replacement suit for work. This suit also carried significant personal meaning, as it was a gift from my wife in recognition of my retirement from the U.S. Army after more than 20 years of service. The business has now been provided: * Manufacturer confirmation of permanent damage * Proof of replacement cost * Direct contact information for Hugo Boss I expect immediate follow-up and resolution. I am documenting this here to reflect that ownership has been formally notified and that I am awaiting their response.
