Owners are super friendly and have even noticed pen marks making sure to show me they couldn't get them out and offer to reclean again if I wanted. (I didn't but the offer was great!). Pick up bags go on the porch for collection, they text with a drop off window a few days later. Usually in the evenings so I can coordinate someone being here. Payment card on file and as soon as it leaves toward my house it charges. I have been using their services for 2 months now and have to say I think maybe everyone needs to give this cleaner another shot!
