Finally, when directly confrontEd, a front desk person who had been listening to this and ignoring it, admitted she had made an appointment for me BUT inssited she called me back immediately to switch me to Lexington Park. that never happened. no evidence in my phone. After emergency visit to Lexington Park office I tried calling again, office manager has never responded to messages/requests or followed up. Not just poor custOmer service but dangerous. when I called as a courtesy to cancel an upcoming cleaning I was told rudely and gruffly no I didn't have an appointment and was not a patient there. Not, thank you and we are sorry for what happened. The good news is the Lexington Park staff is fabulous. they took ownership and I am receiving excellent care!

The front desk assured me everything would be okay. However, months later I received a phone call the claim was denied for being out-of-network and I had to pay the bill. It was greater than $1000.00 which was about ten times my normal visit. They even admit it was their mistake. Beware of these honest liars. Check with your insurance company and don't rely on this office.

TWO YEARS now of discomfort, bleeding gums, irritation and pain when flossing or chewing on the left side of my mouth. 3 medical opinions $$$ verified a "violation/impingement of biological width." In layman's terms- a bad crown. Just yesterday I had to have the crown removed, and now await a new crown. Shame on this office. The worst medical experience of my entire life. Horrible.

The staff is beyond wonderful. I cannot say enough about them. So kind and reassuring. The absolute best. Dr. Niemann himself is so dang comforting, responsive and competent. He put this phobic completely at ease and let me tell you, that's hard to do. He told me jokes and was quite entertaining. They gave me a soft blanket and there was a tv overhead to distract me. This was such a positive experience for such a stressful procedure. You cannot go wrong with this doctor and the office in general. 100 golden stars.
