He completely botched the shoulder adjustment and only did one side which made the entire appliqué on each shoulder out of balance. I showed him how the stitch wasn't complete he said he would fix it and I can get it next day. Knowing the bad gut feeling I already had I went in next day as soon as they opened. Again he never fixed the dress and I showed him the difference of one side vs the other. He proceeded to pretend he didn't understand and wouldn't refund me ( prepaid when I brought in the dress ) on the alteration of the top part. At an expensive $ 120 I was willing to pay for the hem which was fine but at least refund me for the botch job on the top plus he got the dress dirty right in the front ! Horrible experience and would never recommend East Norwich Cleaners to anyone ever !

Finally he called me and yelled at me that clearly I had ripped the shirt when I put it in my car! He offered nothing but yelling at me. I had only been going here for about a month. Do not risk it. They will ruin your clothes and they will yell at you.

They originally said they could clean a 1/16 inch coffee stain. Then they informed my husband that damage occurred due to 'moths' . They said they could attempt to fix it or return it. They have had my item over 6 weeks and I'm still waiting....please respond, resolve and return my sweater immediately!!! Fixed or damaged at this point!!! 3pm approx same day. Spoke with the very cagey owner who likes to record messages, I suppose to 'save' being sued. By the way, I did not give permission to record our conversation.
