So crazy, I came here to write a good review for Bay Area Jump and then saw all the negative reviews.... I'm sooo glad I didn't read them before hiring them for my daughter's first communion party this weekend! My experience couldn't have been better honestly. Booking online was super easy, and I also booked fairly last minute, only a week before the party because we had to reschedule a few times due to some unforeseen events in our family. We ordered a small combo inflatable and some chairs. Two young men delivered that day, and they were even a bit early, about half an hour early which gave my kids extra time to bounce! I had to redirect them from the address I had provided (my home) to where we actually wanted to set up across the street, and they were easy going and very accomodating. They came to pick up maybe a little after the time we had specified, again the kids were very happy to have some extra time to jump, and they were extremely friendly and professional in all their interactions with us. Honestly, everything was easy and the kids had an absolute blast, I couldn't have asked for more. read more

I really wish I read the reviews before ordering from here. Terrible customer service where you feel like you have to apologize for taking up their time with a call. I also wasn't able to get a refund for a bounce house I ordered that is too big for our yard with 5 days notice. The only option is a store credit that expires in a year! I'm quite nervous for the party and hope the experience is better. read more

I should have read the reviews before going with this company. We ordered tables and chairs for an event - and the day of; they showed up with only a portion of our order saying that they ran out of the 3 - 6' tables we ordered. There was NO prior notice, just day of; i was SOL. We had to run out and buy tables to ensure we had enough seating for our event, and the best they could do.... refund the $30. Nothing more, nothing above or beyond. I'm out $100+ due to their mistake. They were barely apologetic. Would NOT recommend. But if anyone needs to rent tables, I have three....! read more

As a Single mother whom doesn't have money to spare , this experience was horrible .the jumper collapsed every1/2 hour, while the kids were inside, thank god we were out their watching them as my daughter , the birthday girl would not go in after it collapsed the second time ! Money wasted, and I'm very upset about it!!! The guy( whom dropped it off) who was so worried about his nap asked why didn't. I Call him ! Do not use this company!! We ordered a basketball pop-a-shot for my son's Bar Mitzvah party on Sat May 16th. When it didn't arrive, I checked my phone and got a message that their drivers truck broke down and they would not be able to deliver it. What??! There was absolutely no indication of trying to have someone else deliver it or a real apology. When I mentioned the several other poor Yelp reviews she said they only post good reviews if you pay $2,000. That's not true - I have my own business with 30 5-star Yelp reviews and I haven't paid a penny. read more

Booked, then read the reviews and freaked out. Gave them a call and was utterly impressed by the quality of service and reassurance that Annalisia gave me. Jumper arrived on time, picked up on time, and transaction went smoothly. One of the coolest things Bay Area Jump has going for them is their website and deep inventory of jumpers. They also do table and chairs. Please keep in mind that the tables and chairs aren't brand new and please set proper expectations . They're there to get the job done. Jumper was in good shape and clean. read more

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from Bay Area Jump. Save yourself the headache and rent from a different company. We ordered a bounce house for my daughter's 1st bday party and it was supposed to arrive at 11:30am. The driver called us at 10:45am letting us know he would arrive in about 15 min. 15 minutes go by and still no delivery. We called the driver back and asked for an update, to which he said, I am still about 12 min out and I had to stop for gas. After about another 15 min, the driver was still not at the venue. This back and forth went on for an hour and a half. Our kids were not playing until 1:00pm. So we lost out on an hour and a half of play. When it was all setup, we noticed that the bounce house was completely filthy. Dirt and dust was everywhere. But wait, there's more... The driver was supposed to pickup the bounce house at 3pm when the party ended. We called the driver again around 3:30pm and asked for an ETA. He said that he was about 15 minutes away as he was coming from another pickup location. Long story short, the driver did not pick up the bounce house until 5pm. So we ended up waiting for the driver longer than the kids had time to play in the bounce house. When we called the office to get a refund, they were rude and said we would have to settle this on Monday. Ultimately, we were only refunded for the hour and a half of lost time for the kids to play, which only totaled $90. Our total was over $300 after fees. read more

Tables and chairs were filthy. Arrived over an hour late, refused to refund the hour time - instead offered to let me keep items an hour later than needed. I declined. The person who answered the phone (Tiffany) was flippant and dismissive, and completely distracted by whatever was going on in the background of our call. They picked up the items THE FOLLOWING DAY at 11am, with no notification ahead of time. The kids delivering the chairs and tables were nice, but I won't rent from this completely unreliable place again. I'd advise others to do the same. read more

Our slide arrived with a patch in the bottom of the pool (where the kids would land). After filling it with water, we noticed the level began dropping, indicating there was a leak. The slide wasn't fully inflated, indicating a hole for air to escape. At the top of the slide, where water is supposed to midst or trickle down, the water just sprayed in the air, even when using the least amount of water pressure. For these reasons, I called the company. They called the driver who was supposed to call me. After waiting for 20 minutes, I called him. His advice...climb up and twist the hose so the water sprays the slide. For the lack of inflation, just adjust the fan in the back to shoot straight. I called the main customer service line to complain again, but this time, it's been over three hours since it was dropped off. The gal told me she was sorry and would get ahold of the driver and her boss to see what they could do. I never heard back from her and the driver showed up about 30 minutes later. He looked at it, said it was the best he could do and had nothing to replace it with. At this point in time, it was after 1pm and our rental was until 7pm. We spent almost $500 on this rental and did so because we've used Bay Area Jump for our special events for years. Clearly, good customer service and safety is no longer a priority. In the Bay Area, where there's a plethora of alternative choices, I'd highly suggest choosing another company for your events. Such a WASTE of money. read more

Emma is extremely rude. They delivered 2 hours late (at the time the event started). I called three times and when I finally threatened to reject the charge the driver showed up 20 mins later. Emma gave some BS story about her driver calling out. The driver confirmed that was a lie and she over booked with (3) deliveries at 10 am and (3) deliveries at noon. DO NOT RENT from here. The bounce house was also dirty we had to clean it ourselves. Don't waste your time. read more

This place is terribly unprofessional. I booked the drop off time to be at 2:30 pm. I got a call at 8 am that woke me up asking if it was okay to drop off in 10 mins. I wasn't even at the event space yet so I said no. I was told one of the drivers called out and the new driver needed to attend his son's birthday party. I then was told 5 pm and said that would be okay since the party is at 8. after hours and hours of calling with no response, I finally get thru to someone and the jumper arrives 10 mins before the party starts at 7:50. apparently the driver was having his brother drop it off. Mind you this company keeps your card on file as they charge a deposit. I was then texted that I need to cashapp or zelle the rest of the money for jumper to the driver when pick up happens?? what a scam you have my card information already. Pick up is then set for 11 am the next day and the driver didn't come until 1:30 and kept saying he was 20 mins away. It also seemed that the other guy in the passenger seat of the truck who was being unhelpful peed in our drive way??? insane. do not use this place for your next event. it's more of a headache than it's worth. read more

Nothing. We rented from this company and were given a pick up time for the next day at 11am. We recieved no courtesy call that they would be running late. The last call the person who picked up was extremely rude and hung up on us! Do not use this company! Ugh. read more

My experience was much better than most of the other reviews posted on Yelp. Shout out to Jordy and Tina for their great customer service. I reserved the Speed Pitch inflatable for our company division picnic today in Livermore which was a baseball theme. Jordy arrived on time to setup and tear down the inflatable. This game came with a radar to track the speed of the person pitching the baseball. I was unsure how much our employees would participate but to my surprise it was a huge hit from start to finish. We had a trophy made for the person with the fastest pitch. Great fun today. Thank you Bay Area Jump! read more

Terrible service. Not reliable. My son and his wife ordered a bounce house along with tables and 60 chairs for our grandson's first birthday. They asked for delivery and set up at 10:30 as the started at 11:30. Although they called the driver several times they were told they were close. 3minutes away... the bounce house was over 2 hours late. By the time the driver came everyone had eaten. Most of the guests had to wear standing. Some of the guests had left so they didn't get to jump in the bounce house. I was hesitant to order at first due to the reviews on here... but I had an INCREDIBLE 11/10 experience with Bay Area Jump. I was working to order from another company at first and last minute had to make a switch the day before my event. Bay Area Jump saved the day. They had availability, product was easy to order, and when I had to call to confirm my order I was met with friendly customer service that helped complete my ordering process. I had scheduled the delivery for 10am on the day of my event, and they arrived early! The driver was very communicative letting me know his ETA and when he had arrived. The setup process was quick and efficient, and the team setting up was friendly and kind. I had the same experience for my pickup. I think being one of the first drop offs of the day and last to pick up was helpful. I would suggest renting the item for the day to ensure no late deliveries (since that comes up in a lot of other reviews but did not happen for me). I ordered the 15 Foot Blue Crush Water Slide and it was A HIT!!! I had it for two days of fun with friends and family, and everyone commented on what a great activity it was. It was also easy to deflate and inflate for the second day. Overall, highly recommend Bay Area Jump for your party needs! read more

Was planning a church event and got this website sent to me by previous Kids Ministry leader. At first I knew I had to shop around for prices but I ended up coming back to BAJ due to their low prices and our limited budget. I ordered the Double Slide with mini jump dry combo for under $300 not including tax and fees. Since my party was for 4-10 year olds it really worked out. I had to email identification when I booked the reservation bc my billing didn't match my delivery address. This seemed reasonable enough. After I emailed them I had to call in to finish booking. When I called the receptionist seem short and not so friendly. I called twice and it was the same short service. I didn't mind too much since the job got done. The day of the delivery was the reason I gave them 4 stars. Our delivery driver, Ronald, was a super star. He couldn't find our location and called us right on time. I was able to guide him to us and we stayed on the phone the entire time. He was friendly and ready to work. Once he got to us my husband worked with him to get the jumper in. I had to step away to deal with other things and when I came back the jumper delivered was the wrong one. My husband quickly ran to get Ronald and with no hesitation he unpacked the right one and packed the wrong one back up. It was an honest mistake and thankfully caught on time. At the time of pick up Ronald was a bit late but answered my phone call and let me know he was on his way. It worked out for us so it wasn't a big deal. Again, when he showed up he was quick and friendly. My husband stated we would mostly book from BAJ only bc of Ronald. The jumper was in good shape but a little dirty as well as the pad I was forced to get bc we would be on hard floor. I agree with my husband we will mostly be back because of Ronald. The price might help as well but Ronald really saved this experience. read more

This company is extremely unprofessional and rude. The office staff had attitude every time I called. The driver was late, which to be fair, they had a lot of drop offs and were apologetic when they got there. But everything about the experience was terrible. Considering they charge so much money for their jumpers and charge extra costs for their jumpers to be at parks, I would expect a much better customer service experience that we didn't get. I paid over $600 for a 5 and a half hour window, the driver was late, I had to call the office 3 times to get an eta, and when I called the ladies in the office were rude and unhelpful. The lady on the phone when I called to book was also incredibly rude and sounded as if she didn't want to help. Which honestly, I had a bad feeling about this place from the first interaction. The only reason I continued with my booking was because the city of Pittsburg requires a permitted vendor and recommended them since they typically use this company. So in an effort to make it easier on myself, I chose to do business with Bay Area jump for the first and last time ever. Do yourself a favor and find another "permitted vendor" that is NOT this company if you choose to have a party at a park. read more

Do not rent from them!! Wish I would have read the reviews before booking with Bay Area Jump. They said "they'll pick everything up at pick up time" which was 1:30pm and I sat and waited for them and they didn't show up for the pick up till 2:20pm. Do not rent from them!! Save yourself the time and money. Bay Area Jump is completely unprofessional. They showed up 1.5hrs late and picked up bounce house 2hrs after the event ended. The bounce house was disgustingly filthy. When discussing a discount or refund, the office staff were dismissive and ultimately only refunded for the 1hr the kids did not use the jump house. They did not consider the time wasted waiting for delivery or pickup or inadequate quality of item. There are plenty of other companies to give your money to with better service. read more

As much as I love bag area jump, and the website is extremely user friendly, staff is always super helpful- this last time around was an absolute joke. We ordered this bouncer knowing it was larger than most. The gentle who showed up Jimmy, showed up solo to move a 500lbs jumper. He couldn't back the truck up into our drive way- and he couldn't bring it out of the truck himself. If I didn't have other staff here, we would have no had a bounce house. The kicker- the bounce house stayed here 3 extra days bc he couldn't find staff or anyone to help move it. So I hired staff to come on Monday to help with it, and jimmy said he'd show up and help. Well he didn't help. He came at 930pm to pick it up, and nothing. No thank you for the extra money we put out for staff or having staff move it, deflate it and fold it. Nothing. Radio silence. It was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to leave us hanging, show up in the dark when everyone is asleep and move it from our property. He also didn't have an of his own extension cords to plug it in. It's the worst experience we've had to date, and we've used Bay Area jump at least 15 times. read more

We used their services in april and the rudeness by TinA at their call center, the unresponsive was of their owner and she acted in his stead and ignored my requests to speak to him was unprofessional. The sheer lack of compliance with the services rendered and the insufficiency of the product delivered in addition to the jumper being delivered 3.5 hours late. We had it rented for 8 hours. 1. the jumper was supposed to arrive at 10 AM and it did not show up until after 1:30 PM on the day of the party. And wasn't set up until 2pm. The party started at 11am. We lost three hours of party time use from a 4 hour birthday party. 2. We requested and paid for The disco dome jumper. And it was in fact delivered, but. It was not as advertised and contracted. it was advertised to have lights inside at the top and music inside. The lights weren't provided to the delivery person and the speakers weren't working and didn't connect to Bluetooth either. The delivery person looked in his truck multiple times and in the bins he had for the installation and they weren't in the bins. 3. The bounce house was very dangerous since it wasn't staked to the ground or tethered on the sides by the installer. and it "fell in" 3 times with 6-kids inside each time. This was very dangerous and we had to do emergency evacuations of the tent each time. 4. The delivery was scheduled for 10 am and the delivery person came to do the delivery at 930 am. We were at the location the entire time and he went to the house next door and didn't call either of the two numbers we gave for the contract. And then he claims he reported it to the main office and the main office did not try reaching us at the two numbers we had given on the contract. (Tina claims she believe la her deductible will get and not the customer) And to add insult to injury, make matters worse I was charged on additional $50 for the person to come deliver the jumper after he had negligently not delivered it correctly the first time as he was supposed to and negligently ignored the instructions to call my phone number as the primary number on the contract. Tina, is the older lady that was answering the phones on the Saturday of my daughters birthday was extremely unsympathetic, she was condescending in her tone and was noticeably frustrated with me calling. So noticeable that I mentioned to her once that "I know she was frustrated but she had to imagine how frustrated we were with the fact that they hadn't come through and ruined our daughters birthday party." She completely disappointed my trust and faith in her and your company. They ruined the main attraction of our daughters party and they were not supportive nor professionals in responding to their unresponsiveness. read more

I wish I had read the reviews. They were an hour and a half late. Pickup was supposed to be 5pm. They give you a 3 hour window after your pickup time so they should have picked up by 8pm. They showed up to my house at 10:30pm. Our house was dark and our family (with young kids) was asleep. They called me and my husband multiple times at 10:30pm and we had our phones silenced and did not answer. The next day I called the main number and they told us they'd pick it up at 11am. They didn't come until 3:30pm so we were waiting around for them all day. The woman I talked to was nice enough but never really apologized for any of the issues and even made a point to tell me we wouldn't be charged for overnight fee which is completely ridiculous since it was all their fault. The bounce house was also dirty and disgusting. Do not recommend. read more

They delivered a jump house with a hole in it patched up with duct tape. The inside was DIRTY and there were a bunch of crumbs everywhere. The kids said it felt like they were sinking when jumping. I asked if we could get a different jumper delivered and the lady on the phone was very rude. She said there was nothing they could do about it. There was no reason, no apology, no refund or anything! We asked if we could just get a different one since the kids were complaining. She proceeded to tell me that it was still useable and it was because the kids were all probably jumping in the same area. PLEASE I wasn't sure if I should laugh or what. In what world do you rent out damaged equipment for full price, and then proceed to tell the customer it's okay when the kids are complaining, or refuse to provide a working rental! I was surprised at the lack of customer service. And pretty annoyed because there was only 4 kids inside. The only reason I ordered from here was because they had the themed jump we wanted. Other companies vacuum and wipe the inside down. I Will never be ordering from here again. I wish I could give 0 stars as a 1 star review implies they did something good. I never leave reviews and downloaded yelp just to write this. Never use this company!! The entire process was horrible. Extremely stressful and almost everyone was rude (only person who wasn't was the pickup driver at the end). Whenever I talked to someone about details for my rental, it felt as if I was being an inconvenience for them, even though I was only trying to confirm details. When the delivery happened I was never given a notice or heads up that someone was on the way, so I wasn't there when they arrived. Then after me getting there (about 10 minutes later AT MOST) I was told that they were about to leave and not come back until 9pm. This was an overnight event with kids, and I couldn't have any deliveries later in the night for keeping our kids safe. They also showed up 30 minutes early than when I was told to expect them to arrive. So just horrible miscommunication all around. The person who delivered was also smelling like weed and was very obvious the moment I was showing him where to set up. I wish these were the only problems that I had, but when the time came for pickup they showed up 5 HOURS LATE. I was told to expect them around 1-1:30pm. Myself and a second contact person NEVER HEARD from anybody all morning and afternoon. It wasn't until I called around 5pm that I was then told "We can't give you a for sure time of when pickup will happen". This was incredibly frustrating as our business does stuff early Sunday mornings and needs to be ready for it. So after I called the first time, I didn't hear back for 45 MINUTES, WITH NO UPDATE. So I had to call again and was then told that they were on the way and be there in 15 minutes while being yelled at telling me to be there in time for them. Once I got there (once again, no more than 10 minutes later), I still waited for 45 MINUTES BEFORE THEY EVER ARRIVED. So from 5pm-6:30pm, I heard no answers, waited for someone who I thought would never showed up, and yelled at over the phone for asking when pick up would be there. All together this is not just a bad experience, this was probably worst experience that I've ever had from a business. It was a shame as the human foosball was fun, but it was the worst process of getting it to happen. read more

I was charged an extra $60 for delivery but that wasn't mentioned on their website when I checked if they delivered to my city nor did the person I made the reservation with on the phone mention it. Given the numerous negative reviews, it's unfortunate to say i will be adding one as well. Rented from this company back in March for my birthday at a park. The owner of the company was the one who took my call and i booked directly through them. They mentioned that they have delivered to this specific park many times and there is an outlet, so no need for a generator. I took their word, BIGGEST MISTAKE. Driver shows up 2 hours late, blames that the paper had the wrong address when it didn't. At this point i'm already upset because the party already started, and just to make things worse the outlet didn't work, not their fault but obviously it made things more frustrating. Anyways they set up the jumper and leave while i agreed to go get a generator at a home depot nearby. I come back, we inflate the jumper, and was immediately disgusted with how dirty it was. We barely used it because it was dirty and also defective (we rented a joust). Fast forward to a couple days later i give the company a call expressing my concerns and the rude lady on the phone basically said there was nothing she can do about it. I felt unheard, dismissed, and obviously upset. I spent nearly $700 on a dirty defective jumper that was not even used. Had to file a dispute with the bank against this scammy operation. NEVER rent from these people, they will take your money and not care about customer satisfaction! read more

UPDATE: This is the text response this extremely poor and rude person left. NOTE: Yes- I did schedule a time for drop off/pick-up-which is why it's stated on our contract. DISTURBING TEXT FROM BAY AREA JUMP***You know the more I think about this. You are fired as a customer. You will never be allowed to rent from us in the future. You call a day before your event and we accommodate your order. We had to bring a driver that was already loaded and gone on Wednesday to come back to load your unit. When I talked to you were extremely rude when calling about the driver picking up. When you booked you didn't book an exact time drop off or pick up. If you weren't satisfied with the jumper you should have called so we could fix this. When you called for pick up living in the Bay Area and expecting an exact time pick up you didn't pay for. Shame on you. Again don't ever call us again.-**** my review: I've rented in the past but this was the worst experience. Some man answers calls and he's very unpleasant. He has zero customer service skills and hangs up in rude manner. The bouncy house was extremely dirty and filthy. Children could not stay inside as the smell was so strong. The driver was 40 minutes late for pick-up and did not care to answer his phone with such disregard. I have rented in the past multiple times and had a pleasant experience with the previous customer service woman. 5/22: I called to place an order for a $500/day jumper and the employee who answered the phone said she is "at the post office" and asked me to call back tomorrow. A little odd but sure. 5/23: I called back the next day, the same person answered in a rude tone of voice. I again made my intention to place an order and this strange lady again told me she is at the post office and can't take the order. I asked if she is an employee or an owner and she replied "I am an employee and the owner is driving to Reno". This is no way to treat paying customers. Forgot to mention I ordered with this business last year and they professionally took my order and delivered. I am a returning customer and they just killed the business relationship. To the owner: this employer of yours is killing your business. Try to understand if this is intentional sabotage or casual laziness/lack of employee incentives and try to do better. I am taking my business elsewhere. I entertain a lot and could have rented from you multiple times a year with an LTV of $2k/year. My wife and I ordered three heating lamps for our sons birthday party this past weekend. The heating lamps were delivered on time, which was about the only good thing that happened. The driver, which was not at fault, was shown how to turn the heat lamps on by someone that very morning and upon coming to our home to demonstrate it to us, he was having some difficultly get the flames to appear. He spoke with a person on a couple of occasions over the phone that showed him how to turn the heating lamps on earlier in the day and they kept on telling him to do what they had showed him earlier - very helpful smh. Long story short, after about 40 minutes of struggling to get the flames to appear, I realized the instructions on the unit mentioned a control knob on a couple of occasions and upon Googling what that was, I found out the control knobs, similar to what you have on a gas stove, were missing from each of the lamps (see photos). They instead provided the driver with essentially a screwdriver as a workaround to turn the units on, not only putting his safety at danger considering he is working with propane tanks, but also my wife and I as he was trying to show us how to improperly turn the heating lamp on (again no fault to the driver as this is what he was told to do). The company literally wanted us to turn this lamps on using workaround tools, but wait this gets better...they also said if the driver could get lamps on, leave them running if I didn't want us to deal with it, at which I told them I'm not going to have them running six hours before the party starts and not to mention the propane may not last when we need it. Since we can tell they did not want to issue us a refund, let alone a discount for rentals that were missing a key piece, they ended up sending the driver later in the day to turn the lamps on for us, with of course the same tools. This is our last time doing business with this company. If you can't provide your customers with the all the parts for a rental, why should we be obligated to figuring things out on our own. This was the biggest scam! We reserved a bubble machine, a PA system, a snow cone machine, and a cotton candy machine. Not one of the items worked well. The bubble machine when turned on was so loud, the motor must have been going out, that we couldn't even hear the PA system at full volume. Yes, the PA system was so small, I might as well have bought my own for the same quality and price to rent the tiny Bluetooth system that barely could be categorized as a PA system... the snow cone machine was hand cranked and the crank machine would not turn! I had 10 little kids wanting a treat and the ice melted before we could even get a shred of ice out... the cotton candy machine never provided a shred of cotton.., it spun around and around and nothing happened. We called immediately and asked for either someone to come help troubleshooting or pick up the items as they didn't work... BIGGEST WASTE OF $530.00. Not only did they not help, they wouldn't pick up the items the same hour they dropped them off... but they told us they would contact us on Monday (the party was Sat. What good would that do?) I repeatedly looked for resolution and I was given the phone tag game. LITERALLY STOLE OUR MONEY AND RUINED OUR PARTY! read more

Unhappy with quality of service as well as the quality of products that they provided. They provided 60 chairs that were not totally clean as well as a giant round table we did not ask for. We asked the delivery guy to take it back but he did not. He gave us wrong information on how to use the food server then did not tie down the jumper. It could have fell over and caused injuries to kids playing in it. Then after we filled up the food server with water it started leaking. We called them to let them know and they were not friendly at all. Will NEVER use this business again!!!! read more

THE WORST experience ever with a party rental company. I wish there was an option for 0 stars because that is exactly what they deserve. Not only did the deliver never come with our order, the driver was extremely unprofessional and the customer service rep told me that they "have no control over their drivers schedule." How can that be when you literally schedule a time for delivery! DO NOT rent from this company and I will absolutely be filing a compliant with the BBB. read more

Extremely disrespectful and not good business practices. Shady people with rude attitudes who yelled at me when I simply asked why they charged 2x of a travel/gas fee. $20 for gas and an additional $20 for 'travel' and they cant even say what the second fee is for other than "Gas is expensive these days" and then had the audacity to HANG UP on me. Just charge more for gas instead of yelling at customers trying to understand your ridiculous fees. The workers clearly hate what they do... especially the dude with the rough attitude. read more

Save your money! I was called the day of by both the driver and the owner accusing me of putting in my personal address as the event location when my party was at a park. I went back and looked at my contract signed form in my email stating I put the event location as the park where my party was. The owner is a liar and a cheat. They gave me $60 back on top of my $400 bill. They charged me $40 travel and $100 for a park drop off fee. That's new because I rented here before. Never again! A woman from their call center accused me of being verbally abusive when in a calm manner I was only asking who I could speak to for a PARTIAL refund (never asked for a full refund). She seemed nice, but went and told the owner I was abusive. The owner k my likes to listen to himself speak and come in the defense of his employees. I understand that, but only when the customers are wrong. They take no ownership for their mistakes. On the driver end....i had my party set for 1pm and a drop off of the jumper at 12:30pm. The jumper arrived at 2:45pm. By 4 o'clock my guests all started leaving because we'd already ate, played games and did the birthday thing. On top of that the driver had his kids go into the jump to push the fallen ceiling upwards WITH THEIR SHOES ON! Unprofessional all the way around. Unfortunately I have to put a star, but that's because my daughter did like the jumper. Again I HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere for a jumper. These people think I was the bad guy because I was being accused of my mistakes, which none were made. I will NEVER book this company again. I hope the city which I had my party removes them from their list of jumper companies to use. To the owner.....I hope you see this buddy read more

Terrible Customer Service. We ordered a rock wall for our backyard. Upon arrival they said they couldn't get it into the backyard,m. Called their customer support, the lady was rude and said they couldn't offer a refund. Told her driver to leave and he left our party without setting up the wall. Out of 900 dollars, and dealt with a rude lady in customer service. These reviews are accurate. read more

I rented a jumper for Easter Sunday. The website was easy to use and had good photos and details of all the jumpers. For new customers, we had to scan/send a copy of our Photo ID (it's a fraud prevention measure by their team). Then, I was in contact with a sales rep on the phone to finalize the details. I had to pass my CC info over the phone which I didn't like. I would've rather used a secured online portal but I made the exception since I was a new customer. The order arrived right on time and set-up was quick! The young man who set it up was great and was very kind (even said hello to all the kids waving in excitement as he set it up). He mentioned an issue with the velcro holding the Toy Story banner up. For me, it wasn't a huge issue as we got our photos done quickly then the kids started jumping. It did fall off within minutes so I decided to fold it up and place it off to the side. The kids could care less and they enjoyed their time anyway. Pick-Up occurred on schedule and was promptly completed. Tipped the guy for a job well done. Since the banner fell off and didn't go back on the entire time, I left the feedback on their post-visit survey. I am inquiring on a discount for a future rental since that happened. Overall, it gets the job done and the kids enjoyed every minute of it. I will likely order again. read more
