Sat in the lobby which had a weird odor from the room. The lady was arguing with a customer about a payment and made me feel awkward. When I finally greeted her with a hello she asked me to hold a moment while speaking to another customer over the phone. I finally sat down on the office chair at her desk when another customer walked in and wanted to skip in front of me so he can make a payment. The woman working there told me to wait while she processed his payment quickly. She asked me what I was in there for and assumed I was only making a payment. I asked her I was there to get an auto insurance quote and at that point I didn't feel comfortable taking my business to Kenton Auto Insurance. Very unprofessional and awkward.
