BUT I was shocked by how responsive and empathic Riley was. He clearly communicated his schedule, made himself available through text, answered when I called, and responded to every question and concern. He even listened to my business needs and created a custom commercial insurance plan...that was AFTER he spent the time to research my business thoroughly. He's a Santa Barbara native, born and raised, and it shows. He's proud of his work and cares about the businesses in our community. I often walk by his office and see him at his desk. He's like an old school, small town agency. And he actually shows up to work. I am waiting for the day California finally gets its act together and allows Farmers to write home insurance again, because I've decided I'm moving everything to Riley, back from AAA. His accessibility, honesty, friendliness, and pride in his work is worth any premium over AAA.
