Watching and hearing them work together is a sight to behold! We've solicited their services twice, for a house we are wanting to renovate, and for a home purchase. Each time Paul has allowed us to walk with him, explaining in plain terms everything that he's seeing and how to address it. He and Linda have had a very quick turnaround with the report, getting it back to us within 24 hours. The report itself is super legible and easy to understand. We found them through an internet search, and through some word of mouth recommendations from seasoned locals. I would highly highly recommend giving them your business. I will be using them again whenever I need them!
