If you need a home inspector in Louisville, you need to call this guy!…read moreI have used ABI for 3 inspections on 3 different homes. The first time I met Ben, we walked into a home together and he discovered a major issue within 90 seconds of being inside the house. He understands house construction methods and the issues that can arise when things aren't proper. Thorough, knowledgeable, professional... everything that you need in a home inspector. Would give 10 stars if possible.

Moreover, Ben took the time to offer very helpful observations and suggestions/tips that I made sure to write down, and I know will save me a lot of time, effort, headache, and money in the future. I will be recommending him to some friends I have moving to the area, and I promise all who read this that you won't find a better home inspection or a better guy than Ben.

We've continually had a great experience with Paul and Lisa of Best Value Home Inspection. They are…read moresuper responsive, helpful, honest, and thorough. Watching and hearing them work together is a sight to behold! We've solicited their services twice, for a house we are wanting to renovate, and for a home purchase. Each time Paul has allowed us to walk with him, explaining in plain terms everything that he's seeing and how to address it. He and Linda have had a very quick turnaround with the report, getting it back to us within 24 hours. The report itself is super legible and easy to understand. We found them through an internet search, and through some word of mouth recommendations from seasoned locals. I would highly highly recommend giving them your business. I will be using them again whenever I need them!

After receiving a few recommendations, I began contacting home inspectors recently. Many had a phone number as the fastest contact, but 2 Vets had an online booking form, so I could see various available times immediately. I found a time and booked it. Not long after I received a confirmation phone call, and we were set. On the appointed day our inspector, Desiree, met us at our home. She introduced herself and got right to work. At the end she explained her findings - as well as the significance of them - in language we could easily understand. The overall price for the inspection also came in lower than we had budgeted for, which was a plus. I would highly recommend 2 Vets for a great home inspection experience!

I have always recommended this company, until today, I feel that they need not be in business. I…read moream so very disappointed with how we were treated. We in good faith hired this company to do a private appraisal on a home that we are interested in, we gave them the fee asked, and then waited almost a month when, they finally send back our money, the reason, they couldn't do an appraisal due to the high efficiency aspects of the home, really. You are an appraisal company, that has always had my respect, that is until now. I had become suspicious when the selling realtor had told us she had spoken with Bev, at Baumgardner's and Associates, that was a huge problem for me, as I have stated this was a private appraisal for our personal use, and the realtor should not have been speaking with her at all, now, I am not sure that it was an illegal move, but, it is highly unethical as we are trying to make an informed decision on what to offer, I cannot convey in words how disappointed I am. Please, think twice about ever using this Company, I know I won't ever, again.
