We don't hear anything from them all week, I call them again first thing Monday morning today and she says that the insurance agent handling our file is busy but she'll give us a call back later. A few hours pass by and we hear nothing, I call one more time to follow up and they say that she has a customer in her office and she'll call us before end of day. Again we hear absolutely nothing from them; at this point we can only deduce that they don't value our business and if they are going to treat us like this now it will only be worse afterwards.
