Unprofessional and poor quality…read more Flooding damage occurred TWO TIMES (in the span of a week) to my unit when Reuter was working on the roof of the building and it rained. They brought in guys to fix the damage, and it took THREE TRIES because they kept doing it badly each time until I told them not to come back. A mess was left behind after every attempt at "fixing" what was wrong. They said they would cover the cost for drying out the drywall by another company after the water damage, but they are refusing to pay for it now. Terribly unprofessional, I would never recommend anyone go with these guys. See the attached image for the "quality" of work that Cory's company does. Cory's company has caused upwards of $4,000 in damages to my unit while working on the roof. To deal with the emergency flooding and to fix the low quality repairs that his guys did to my unit. Cory said that he would cover the cost of the emergency water damage removal, and after 16 months he still refuses to pay and now says he will not. Cory will never call you back when he says. At least 6 times Cory said "I will call you back by the end of the day", 0 times did he actually call me back.

I also liked the Mystique shingle they used from BP who are around as a Canadian company over 100years, good job guys. David McIntyre

I went to the store on Sportsworld Drive in Kitchener where I bought them and was told I had to by this piece for $3 or take the blind down and bring it in to have it covered under their warranty. This is a small piece that clips on. When I pushed back a little, I was told I could have 2 parts for the price of one (hilarious). This was a part that they dug out of a plastic bin and it took almost 5 minutes to process it on their computer. THEN... It turns out the part is $4.10+tax. What a horrrible warrranty/customer service expeerience. Long story short, Blinds to Go Kitchener, I will not be buying anything else there when I go to do the rest of the blinds in my home.

I was supposed to receive that money as soon as the work was done, but it took months of calls and emails to ever see any of it. The real shame is that the actual workers were very professional, but their work has been completely tainted by this experience.

The ordering process was fairly simple on the website. They were here with the directions and we…read morewere able to place an order with minimal difficulty. We waited longer than I thought. We should have for two average size blinds. It was a few months, but they finally arrived, and I was happy to pick them up. I got them home and opened the boxes. One of the blinds was slightly damaged in transit. Not enough to make me want to go for a few more months without blinds, but all the hardware was included in the installation was fairly simple. It looks great (except for the small bit of damage). I opened the second box to start the installation and realized none of the mounting hardware or clips had been included. I called the store where we picked them up, and told them about the missing parts. They told us to come by to pick them up. I provided my order number so they knew exactly what parts I needed. When we got there, nothing had been done about gathering parts, even though they knew exactly what I needed. Neither of the two ladies helping me seemed terribly surprised that this had happened. I was considering ordering another few blinds, but now I'm not so sure.

Within less than one year from having a new front door installed by Dans, it's been nothing but problems . The wood around the striker broke shortly after install, I called them and they talk to you like you've never used a door before , they put all the blame on us for being too aggressive opening and closing the door and the project manager constantly had to leave multiple times for personal problems (which has nothing to do with the customer- we all have problems in life) ) - all this with a lifetime warranty on the door, which they point out when purchasing but they don't honour it. The hardware on the door never stays tight so every month I've have to re tighten all the hardware (which is absurd ) and they said they would try to fix the broken wood by the striker but they never return your call or show up - I'll be replacing this door before it's even 3 years old because I'm sick of the maintenance required to just keep it operational . Worst customer service I've ever had . Save your money and buy elsewhere. Buyer beware I only gave one star because I couldn't give zero stars

They were previously done in 2001. Larry of Halco attended and gave us the best written quote. It was not the cheapest, but I must say, the best explained. He answered questions and explained what would be done, material to be used and pricing for any new plywood sheets that may need to be replaced. I then saw that they were replacing to roofs on two single family dwellings on a nearby street. I stopped by and watched them work. I was impressed with what they were doing and how they were doing it. When they attended to do ours, they were quick, no loud radio playing and clean-up was excellent. We were both very satisfied with the final finish. We both highly recommend Halco. Remember, not the cheapest, but listen carefully to the quote and explanations of others and I think you'll be impressed. Plus it has a written warranty which is transferable.

They started on the day they promised and were finished on time, and they did not a have a boom box radio blaring all day as our neighbours did who hired another company. The shingles looked good and are warranted for 50 years. Money was not not required until job was completed. In 2 weeks (4 working days, very minimal kitchen downtime), they transformed my kitchen and 3 bathrooms vanities to 'new & beautiful' ones. Their team are very professional , always on time, very responsive to question and request, skillful team members. They told us in advanced of the work they plan to do, and they delivered!
