Just made a visit to this location in search of any offerings from Starlink. I did find an empty shelf with a Starlink display sign in one of the isles. I then asked another employee if there was any additional stock, he directed me to the front of the store, "ask the folks at the self-checkout area, they can help you." I wondered to the front of the store and inquired with the employee who was working the self checkout registers - her answer was " we only have the big ones." I said that would be fine, what generation antenna comes with the kit? She didn't answer, so I asked if there was somebody in the store that could answer the question - she said "not up here." I then asked her if there was somebody in the store that could assist me with details on this product, her answer was "I said not up here." I walked out. It's always a gamble on customer satisfaction at this store, about 50-50.

Less than ten minutes later I got a call from one of the friendly repair people, Kyle, saying that he'd had a cancelation and could come right away. He was here within a half hour of my making the initial call! After he'd started tinkering with the washer I recalled that the water had been turned off where I lived for maintenance, so likely that was it and there was nothing wrong with the washer. Kyle agreed, but still fished around to remove a coin stuck in the washer, and didn't charge me anything at all! Highly recommend.

Juneau Trading Company, and that I should call them for a solution. They are now not taking my calls. I was on a cruiseship and am also considering contacting the cruise ship company to lodge a complaint about Mt. Juneau Trading Company's business practices. I seek a refund or replacement. My calls are NO LONGER being answered. I expressed concern when I purchased the statue, about it breaking during shipping and KYLE TRIPP assured me it would arrive unbroken.
