I was so glad the gym didn't close down & allowed its members to come back (w/ some restrictions). I think back to the ladies that joined me during that time - so many of us needed the gym to feel normal when the world was out of control. Perhaps that is why I stayed as long as I have... I was never much of a gym rat and I wasn't so sure about this place at first - is it going to be just another gym? But it slowly grew on me and became my daily norm. Not going to lie, I LOATHE working out! I tell many people the same! That said, I DO enjoy the small group setting, the 30 minutes HIIT workouts & all of the women that I have had the pleasure of crossing paths with over the years. I didn't meet my best friend/soulmate or anything like that...but I did find a group of women similar to myself...looking for an opportunity improve health, stay active & fit and enjoy a few laughs & snorts along the way! The staff sets some aggressive goals that you can EASILY meet if you do as they ask. Even if you have trouble along the way, they are there to help you. The challenge itself is 6 weeks long and it will TRANSFORM you. You will get an eating plan and you will be on the hook for showing up. Give 100% each day and prepare to be excited with the results. I ended up losing 25 pounds during my challenge. Aside from feeling better about yourself, you will have more energy. You will also make a bunch of new friends. There has been a downside for me. I've had to go out and buy new clothes since my current wardrobe is too big.
