I sent an e-mail and finally got a response from Sandy. When I arrived for my first class, Sandy was blatantly "measuring me up" and making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. She was more concerned if I was going to continue with a regular membership or only use the Groupon for 3 classes. Her demeanor was cold, condescending and indifferent, and she made me feel uncomfortable. I was trying to be inviting and light hearted, but her responses were sterile and demeaning. At the end of class she asked for payment and stated, in a "Holier-than-thou" manner, that she had never used Groupon before. I have never before felt so humiliated by someone who works in the service industry. I am Puerto Rican woman and she exhibited every trait of a racist individual. If you are a "Non-White", I would advise you stay away from here.

She made sure the new folks knew the moves beforehand and answered all questions we had. She greeted everyone who came to her class. So the basics - this place is located on the 2nd floor of the building that is shared so you will have to look up to see it. You cannot miss it though. Take the stairs or the elevator if you prefer. They did have to let me in when I arrived 30 mins before class and I can see why. This is an all female studio and being that they were by themselves on the 2nd floor, safety precautions are taken. Greatly appreciate that ladies! The doors are kept locked once classes start so again, for our safety even though this area is a very nice area. The studio is beautiful, nice wood barre floors and they have showers and all the amenities for you like deodorant, feminine products, pink towels! So if you need to shower and change, go right ahead! Class was amazing. I feel that I was able to keep up and if I struggled, Brenda said it was okay to modify. This class is a low impact class, BUT you will feel it the next day. I felt the burn in my legs the next day from all the pulses. One thing that I really enjoyed was that we were able to use natural sunlight in the studio. You get a nice view of the outside and being on the 2nd floor, we had nice views of the tree tops in the Champions Forest/Spring Cypress area. Loving that we have a barre studio in Spring!

After a little more than 2 years averaging 2-3 times per week, I feel great. Sure, I had my doubts at first, but it did not take long to both feel and see the difference this work out was doing to my body. I had hired a trainer in my early 40's from a national chain who in less than 4 weeks, almost wrecked my knee's. It took my a few years to get back from that as I added pounds do to lack of exercise. Pilates allows me to work out so many areas all while protecting my knees and joints. Greg's program has given me the chance to dig back deep in my closet and where some cloths that have been out of rotation for a long time. Not to mention, my wife seems to be a big fan as well! A nice bonus!!!
