I am a FFL. BattleHawk Armory shipped a firearm to me without including a copy of their FFL. There was no paperwork stating the name of the buyer or a description of the firearm. I looked up their phone number and got an answering machine. Option #4 was for FFL questions. So I sellected #4 and it said there is no telephone support for FFL questions. I cannot process the gun untilI I receive the proper paperwork. Order from someone who knows what they are doing. read more

Great at answering questions and giving advice!!! Very, very nice selection of firearms

I bought a red dot optic from them. I just received it today and discovered the product was defective out of the box. BattleHawk Armory refuses to take it back saying "the manufacturer made a defective product, not us" read more

Great and speedy service! They have an outstanding selection of parts and optics! I was able to get great price on the new 507 Comp and they were the only ones who had it! read more

BEWARE BattleHawk Armory I had a Mete MC9 purchased and shipped to a local FFL. They specifically state FedEx won't ship to them, so don't use FedEx. I confirmed with them, they won't ship FedEx. They then shipped FedEx. The package was refused by FedEx and sent back to BattleHawk. Now BattleHawk is charging me $50 to ship it somewhere else, or pay 10% restocking fee to have it refunded. They can't pay attention to FFL information or details, and yet they somehow sell guns?! Absolutely absurd and a complete scam. read more

Recent purchase. Major issues. 1. FFL issues on Their end 2. shipping issues on their end 3. berating customer service will never purchase from them again. come to find out after, they are blacklisted on several dealer sites. i should have done my homework. read more

I purchased an item from them last week on the 12th and it was shipped out quickly. By the 16th it showed that the item was delivered. I check my mail and no package. I then checked the tracking and it showed it was delivered to a completely different city and state. I was unable to contact them until the weekday since they're closed on weekends. And today after calling several times, all that I keep getting is a message that no one is available and then the call is ended. Incredibly disappointing service. Sent them messages via their contact page and waiting for a response. I will likely never order from them again and I would highly recommend everyone else do the same. To have no way of speaking with someone when something goes wrong with an order is just unacceptable for a business. I have never had a package go to a completely wrong address; especially when purchasing insured shipping, you would think they would double check the shipping address. What an incredibly disastrous mistake for the customer and the business. Luckily, this will easily be remedied by my credit card company if Battle Hawk Armory doesn't rectify the problem. UPDATE: BHA quickly apologized in their email response and sent out a replacement right away. I received it today (03/25) and it is exactly what I ordered and was well packaged. If they're able to provide this type of service consistently, I can see myself buying from them again. Upgraded my rating from 1 star to 3.5 stars. read more

Just completed a sale with Battle Hawk and I super pleased. Great communication and fast shipping. I purchased a pistol online and the next day Adam the owner contacted me and informed me that the magwell on the pistol I bought was different than the item he had in stock. Even though the pistol he had in stock was more money, he honored the price and sent it out overnight to my FFL. Super easy. I'd recommend these guys read more

I place an order close to $2700 going on seven weeks ago. I have contacted my credit card company and done a chargeback. Battle Hawk and Armory has refused to issue a refund. They will not answer their phone. They blame the slowness of my order on somebody being sick, which I have all the texts from which are available for anyone to read, if they should contact me. I spent a lot of money on some limited production ammunition and never received a single item. Update!! Battle hawk has continued to refuse giving a refund for what that have stolen from me. My credit card company will be reversing the charges in the next few days hopefully This business CAN NOT, and should not be trusted!!! read more

Ordered a few items online. Took about 2 weeks to actually ship. My front sight was missing and I emailed customer support. They emailed me back a tracking number for package which contained most the items but not my front sight. I have emailed back with multiple times now with no response. No one picks up the phone when I try to call to dispute this as well. Poor customer service. Wouldn't purchase from them online. read more

Buyer Beware, this place is terrible. I purchased a firearm to be shipped to my ffl . They said it was in stock. When I picked it up I didn't check it before I did the paperwork. When I checked the package they sent a different firearm. Now that I did the paperwork they said there I nothing they can do . I believe they never had the correct one to begin with as I went back and checked their website and there was no listing. I have the receipt saying the correct one but they shipped a different one . If you do buy from this terrible company make sure you check it out before signing paperwork. Any company that you can't even talk to a associate is absolutely terrible. I would never deal with this place again. read more

Ordered an VP9 Match just after Christmas @ a very good price Approx $100.00 savings. Wanted to order another weapon, but due to mix of good and bad reviews thought it best if I waited untill first order arrived. Buyer beware of an unusual return policy: I ordered a pistol scope and when received I examined it by hand for clarity and function. As it turned out the eye relief was just way too long. I reached out to Battlehawk Armory and requested a return authorization. They responded promptly stating they don't accept returns on scopes that have been mounted or removed from the box. In my return request I told them I didn't mount the scope. What I can't understand is how a customer is supposed to inspect an item that was ordered sight unseen without removing the article from the box. I tried calling but their phone didn't work. I requested their number via email and they said they currently don't have one. Happy New Year! read more

False Advertising!!!! Be careful with these guys. Advertised as 20 ct packs then sent me bulk packs. Took NO accountability, NO apology and just fixed their ad when I called them on it. Sure, take a gamble that what you think you are paying for you will get. WHEN it isn't they will hide behind their "Contact Us" messaging nonsense like all of the other shady places with NO PHONE NUMBER as they are just keyboard warriors shipping from a third party. Waste of my time running their product around to send it back to them. NOT WORTH IT, trust me. read more

Horrible company. Sent wrong pistol (CZ P-01 Omega vice standard P-01). After 9 days refunded but stated they did me a favor since the standard is no longer made. That is a lie. This is a total bush league outfit! Ordered ten 50 round boxes of 22lr match ammo. Any where else they knows to send a "Brick" unless told it is for lot testing. What I received was 10 individual boxes in a bubble wrap that had adhesive on the inside that when I carefully unpacked took the lot number off of over half the shipment. When I informed them by e-mail, won't answer their phones, what had happened they say that is how they always ship ammo. No sorry or what can we do to fix this problem. These people have no Idea what they are doing & I stress caution before you spend money on any product from them. Read their reviews & you will see this is a bush league outfit that should be avoided at all costs!!! read more

I was skeptical as my selected firearm was $100 less than the next cheapest website. I went ahead and did it anyways. No regrets, total time from placing order to my FFL was 5 business days. I selected standard shipping but it came in a 2-day priority service! Will be back! read more

I tried to make a scope purchase, but the site wouldn't allow. I tried to communicate with staff, and they offered little to no help. The good is this allowed me time to better research and see how poorly they treat their customers, so I am thankful. Ordered on an in stock scope called prior to ordering on August 30 they said 1-3 shipping handling time on in stock items, it's going on September 13 and still hasn't shipped. No one answers a call then they try to make it your fault they have all these internal issues. Dishonest and rude. Stay clear I would give them a negative review if you could. Should have done my homework from all the other negative reviews such as mine, there's a bunch! read more

Read the large number of 1 star reviews before you risk your money. Read them carefully as they didn't fix a single one. They gave every customer the finger. This company does not back what they sell. In fact they will knowingly send you trash. And when you contact them they will do their very best to ignore you. It took 1 chat, 2 emails, 2 phone calls just to get a response. They sent me shotgun shells with failed crimps. The box rattled like a Morocco. The crimps failed in every box. They knew it and sent it anyway. Either that or they are the most incompetent handlers of ammunition on the face of the earth. I called them within minutes of reviewing the package. They know what the sent. Trash!!!! Stay far away from these buffoons. Save your money and buy from a company with integrity. Not a bunch of shysters. Look at the pictures and decide for yourselves if these charlatans knew the crap they were pushing. And believe these 1 star reviews this company is pathetic. read more

Great smooth transaction, absolutely zero issues whatsoever. I bought a Glock online 05/31/2021. I ordered a bipod and bipod mount from Battlehawk Armory and it was marked as delivered by FedEx with a picture of a package at someone else's house. I made a claim that was denied by FedEx and they told me that they would only accept a claim from the shipper (Battlehawk Armor) so they could confirm value and so forth. I emailed Battlehawk Armory multiple times asking them for assistance by filing a claim with FedEx and was given email replies showing that Battlehawk Armory was not responsible for shipping . My last email to them (after attempting to call 10 times) very specifically stated that Battlehawk Armory had done their job and shipped my products properly and FedEx had improperly delivered it to an incorrect place but that FedEx REQUIRED a claim to be made by the shipper. The last reply simply stated that Battlehawk Armory was not responsible and would not assist further on packages marked "delivered" read more

I just had another exceptional purchasing experience with BattleHawk. Their customer service is supurb and the shipping speed is lightning quick. A+ company. I have only had good experiences with this company. The shipping times may take a little longer than from the big companies, but they are over 1000 miles away from me and I always receive my items in decent time. Stole my money and didn't stand by the shipping insurance you pay extra for. They have cheap prices for a reason as others have stated. They drop ship these items. Even though I sent customer service proof with pictures that the order wasn't delivered to my house and it was someone else's. They did not refund me. UPS said that BattleHawk needed to file case, but they wouldn't. The few dollars you could potentially save isn't worth it in my opinion. Crooks read more

If you want a huge pain in the ass should something in your order not show up, try Battle Hawk. I've spent over $6k with Battle Hawk this year. My experiences have mostly been good, with what has become normal delays, some theirs, some shippers. However, recently I bought a bunch of parts, over $700 worth, from them to kit out a friend's AR, and the Midwest industries sight set I ordered showed up missing the rear sight. The package had been opened and the rear sight removed. I contacted Battle Hawk support, twice before a reply, and was told I would have to settle this issue with Midwest Industries. I could have bought it directly from Midwest Industries, but I didn't. I did contact Midwest and of course they told me it was up to Battle Hawk to resolve, as I didn't buy it from Midwest. I let Battle Hawk know what Midwest said, and of course Battle Hawk told me to resolve it with Midwest again. Thank goodness my credit card allowed me to dispute the charge or I would be SOL. I buy a lot of guns and gun parts, and as noted have bought a lot from Battle Hawk. I hate to say it, but they will not get my business anymore. All over an $81 sight. read more
