I received a notification that my order had arrived, so I called to ask if my firearm was ready. A very stubborn person answered and told me they would call me when my gun was ready for pickup. Ten minutes later, the same person called to say I could come and get my firearm. When I arrived, he told me that if I was going to keep calling to ask about my order, I should go somewhere else because I have to wait for them to call me, not the other way around. I've been using their FFL since 2021 and bought ammunition many times, but after this incident, I will not be going back to that store.

After lots of back and forth, the kids were able to schedule a time at some hotel in downtown Denver, one that has 2 location, they went to the wrong location before finding the right one. They were 3 minutes late and ADAT had locked the doors. The kids were never able to contact him with a response, and were never able to use their voucher. Now that it's expired, WeeklyPlus can not help either. We never heard back from ADAT, but when going through weekly plus to reach out to them, they said they were unwilling to reschedule. This was a total disappointment and it was handled very badly by the ADAT personnel.

I also said that we have been to other pools and jumped off the diving boards with float things on and their only response was "well sorry that's just our rule here" and my response was where does it say anything about that. Today was the WORST! Within 5 minutes of being there we got yelled at for snorkels. Not a big deal we put them away. Then, my husband got yelled at for wearing his sunglasses down the slide at age 35. Ridiculous! Then, going around the lazy river my son wanted to get out and hopped out of his tube.. instead of lifting him out of the water immediately we waited we walked to the exit and got yelled at for getting off the tube even though he was tall enough to be in the area. The worst part was my nephew jumped in to the 3ft 10in area and a lifeguard jumped in afterwards. The manage had to come scold us for doing absolutely NOTHING. We did nothing wrong. The lifeguard said she thought he was "too little" and he made her nervous so she jumped in. Funny thing was the same lifeguard DID NOT jump in nor 2 others to actually save a little boy who was struggling and I was the one to swoop in and save him. The manage had to tell me that the lifeguards are trained and that I need to trust them in which I said okay thank you I will be with my nephew and he is actually plenty tall to be in the area... she continued to preach at me in a very demeaning way. I said the matter did not need to be discussed more and walked away knowing that my nephew was in tears because of how they were treating us. Instead of respecting me she went to all her 17 year old friends and talked about me. My nephew sat for over an hour SCARED to get in the water because of how awful we were treated. We will NEVER go back and I advice you DO NOT go to Clive Aquatic Center - unless you want to get yelled at by a bunch of teenagers.

Didn't see anyone using the restrooms or the drinking fountain. A few park benches around to sit and picnic at. Grass was very tall but landscapers were working on mowing. Well maintained with no tree debris. We've been to this park before and it's a popular place to come. But during COVID19 there is way less people around. 3 other families and 1 small day care of 4 kids were there with our group. Made for around 20-25 children playing around each other. Would recommend if you're in the neighborhood.

It goes right by on the levy and you can see this park just off to the northwest. We have also been here for several concerts as part of the river view concert series that are hosted by the City of Des Moines and parks and recreation systems. They host a fantastic and safe party. Please keep doing this!!! They bring in vendors and food trucks to provide food and refreshments for the attendees. They are parked right of the sidewalk and easily accessible without being in the way! Whether or not there is something happening on the stage, the place is perfect to enjoy with kids of all ages. The park equipment is all newly installed, Ada compliant and have historical themes, based on the rides that used to be here when this was an amusement park. While we chatted, they allowed our toddler to play on the sets as well as us to help her. Through all the conversations, they seem to have great customer service. We left with a pricing sheet (with current specials), catalog of options, and a lot of knowledge. He also told us how far out they are for installations and what we should anticipate if we were to install ourselves. He also told us about the open play times and birthday parties. The only reason I cannot give them a full five stars is since we have not gone through the actual buying process, I do not want to rate above a four without knowing that portion.
