Rlly? Compared to what everyone else is doing? Crazy because when John leaves the buisness & me (the trainee) in it unattended for 2+hours your not thinking about how it could affect the franchise & the funds behind it. when John, Chris & Allan vape in the store your not thinking about how that could look on the buisness from a customers point of view. Now I'm going to expose the truth...1.) if you want a FREE BATTERY for your fob just write "LT" & "063" on your battery for a free change... 2.) this company will bleed you out your money on warranty batteries & tell you that you don't have warranty on them leaving them with money and you unsatisfied so don't fall for it! 3.) They will make mistakes on the phone and blame it on the customers "lack of care" for the device basically saving themselves making it a problem for YOU but not them. 4.) They will ignore you when customers call store phones EVEN IF your infront of them at the counter because to them over the phone customer are more valuable than walk-ins. 5.) it's recommended that you order your own items, batteries plus bulbs will literally look up what your trying to find on Amazon or EBay and charge you double the price they see on screen for that product & the reason why they do that is to make extra money so don't let them order it, better if you order it yourself.

Refused to include promised 22 gauge appropriate extension cord and substituted it with old, filthy, burnt inappropriate cord. Accepted credit card for deposit but then refused to take credit card for balance. Nothing in writing states deposit is not refundable. Which he then claimed was the policy....
