If you are considering this location for the purchase of your next car or truck battery you might just as well take a baseball bat to head as you will soon discover that is the treatment soon to be realized from this location and its employees when dealing with any warranty claims. Me and my wife had one of the WORST experiences today when dealing with what we now believe is a faulty battery. The back story is a month prior we stopped at Batteries Plus with a concern that when starting the truck 1st thing in the morning there seemed to be a pretty strong draw down when starting the truck, so much the concern that we live about an hour from that location. The person (we believe to be the manager of the store) tested the battery. When testing the battery, he did notice that it appeared to have about 70% life left but in his opinion not enough to take any further action but for us to keep an eye on it. He did further elaborate that if the problem continued to come back, he would make it right and replace the battery. Yesterday the truck nearly failed to start and remember what the guy from Batteries Plus said last month, we felt today was a good day to finally resolve the issue with the battery after all the battery has a 4 year warranty that we were 18 months in on. Today when we stopped in it was like a scene out of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Obviously, the person who we spoke with last month wasn't there but what was in place was two of the MOST unprofessional absolutely worst employees to encounter. At one point both me and my wife began filming the encounter with the intent to protect ourselves and to hold as evidence to in the matter of how poorly Batteries Plus of Weatherford performed. We have now decided not to hassle with this 3rd rate company anymore and buy a new battery from a company that knows how to take care of their customers. It is pretty clear Batteries Plus does not honor their warranty and you're only wasting your time if you deal with this location. read more

Lots of negative reviews, I had a good experience here. Was struggling to find a replacement battery for an off brand (Coleman) UTV. These units are actually made in China and it came with a chinese manufactured battery. Struck out at Tractor Supply, Walmart , Autozone and O'Reily. They guy working in the store was very helpful and they had exactly what I needed. Dropped it in the unit and it is working great read more

We find excellent product knowledge and customer service at this Batteries Plus location. The store manager, Jeff, is a great source of information and battery application expertise. The Duracell batteries for car, truck and equipment applications have proven to be equal to, or exceed, the performance and service life of the Interstate brand. I called to simply ask if they had a maintenance free battery to replace the Duracell marine battery that has screw studs even if I had to go through an adapter to screw studs in the maintenance free battery if it had different hookup, but I had to repeat myself 6 times and still the employee kept pushing a marine battery on me when 6 times I kept saying I want a maintenance free battery with adapter to screw posts. He rudely hung up on my when I said I'm tired of repeating myself. Evidently the employee is unwilling to sell me any maintenance free batteries with screw posts, if they exist read more

I went here to purchase batteries for my golf cart. I'm no battery expert, so upon arrival I asked about the batteries I would need. I asked about a cheaper option of buying 4 12-volt batteries to replace the 6 8-volt batteries. I was told as long as it totalled 48 volts I would be fine. 1 month later my batteries were dead and would not charge. When I called back to the store to complain, I was informed of their 2 week return policy. I'll own up to my $500 mistake, but I'll never again will I do business here. read more

We purchased a deep cycle 12 V battery for our gate opener. It has been less than a year and we have to bring it in for a charge and now a month later the same thing. We are told to put it on the charger again. When you need your gate to open you don't have time to consistently place battery on the charger. Very poor performance and no effort on staffs part to honor warranty. I will never purchase a battery here again. read more

I had my phone screen replaced, with a tempered glass screen protector installed, and the next day noticed a crack that went all the way across the screen, under the screen protector, I never dropped the phone, then the second day another crack appeared that went all the way down the screen from the top right corner to the bottom left corner, once again, never dropped my phone and it didn't effect the screen protector. I'll go back to using another repair store because obviously these guys use junk eBay screens. read more

I had my screen repaired (it was not even done properly) and within two months of me using it, the screen broke again. I did not drop the phone, the repair job was just done poorly. The manager did not try to help with the issue either, even though it, again, was not repaired properly. I would suggest to get your screen repaired elsewhere. read more

These guys helped me out of a jam, and then stood by their products. I am so thankful! I brought my teen's crappy, beat-up iPhone in because it was stuck on the dreaded boot-loop of death. This phone has been used and abused and dropped many times. The in-store tech was able to fix it quickly with a new battery. Hooray! Except that only about 4-5 months later, the boot-loop f death had returned. I tool the phone back to Batteries Plus, and they said the battery was fried, but that it had a one-year warranty, so they replaced it at no charge. Then only about four weeks later, boot-loop of death again. This phone is definitely dying and has major problems, but despite that fact, Batteries Plus replaced the fried battery again at no charge. I really appreciate them standing behind their products and their work! Not only that, but they were helpful and polite and couldn't have been nicer, and fixed the phone quickly and cheerfully. I highly recommend this place! If your phone is out of warranty, this is the place to bring it. They charge a fair price, work quickly and stand behind their products. read more

Took my iPhone in for screen repair. They replaced the screen, but it didn't work right. After 5 trips back, wasting 3 days & a tank of gas, they gave up. I went elsewhere, where they found 3 screws missing inside, a wrong part, and no security screws in the case. AVOID this store!!! read more

Purchased a deep cycle replacement battery for my automatic gate opener in Jan 16 from BP. The Duracell battery began to fail (very slow gate open/close) in Dec 16, so I bought a replacement from this store, pulled the failing battery from my gate, charged it, and tested it before returning for warranty replacement. I was told the battery was good and, then, I was told that a deep cycle battery was the wrong application for my gate. I have been using deep cycle batteries for years from Walmart (getting over 2yrs. per battery -- twice the warranty period) in this gate. The gate came with a deep cycle battery and various articles from reputable sources on the internet recommend deep cycle batteries for solar powered automatic gates. I have consistently had poor performance out of the duracell batteries purchased at this store (UPS applications). I will shop at Walmart or Amazon for batteries in the future. read more

My parents took my mothers phone in to have the screen repaired. Phone itself was working fine other than the battery would run down pretty fast and she had some cracks in the screen. Other than that the phone operated flawlessly. They replaced her screen and battery, had her check immediately if it would power on, which it did. They went straight home that evening, charged it and went to bed. When she woke up the next morning and went to look at her phone the phone would not respond to her password. Turns out the top half of the digitizer quit working. She and I took it back over to Weatherford, because it obviously is under warranty, to have them replace it. The long haired guy took her phone to the back and then came back out and said that he can't warranty it because the phone had water in it. He proceeded to show us and low and behold, a perfectly round little bubble of water sat right on top of this little raised metal piece. Yes, I said a perfectly round "bubble" of water. Strange right? It was just amazing how this little round bubble of water was able to stay in it's form after being "supposedly" closed up in this phone. Really, you think because my mother is deaf that she is "dumb" as well?? Pathetic! SMH. Good try on trying to cover your butt. Needless to say he would not warranty it due to his "claim." This phone had been no where near water in the less than 24 hrs from the time he "repaired" it to the time we took it back. NO WHERE NEAR WATER! He literally ruined an $800 phone to try to cover his butt. The reason I say "cover his butt" is because we got a "second opinion" on what was REALLY going on with the phone. Come to find out, when he went to replace the screen he tore the small strip that hooks up to the digitizer screen. Hence, why only half of the touch screen would work since part of the strip was still in tact. Absolutely appalled that a business would deceive it's customers in such a way. Will never be back! read more
