It was a different tech and ended up being quite a different experience. (The tech was nice, professional, and punctual.) Without typing out the whole fiasco experience, let's just say we won't be calling them back again. We were extremely disappointed since we were hoping to find a regular go to plumber for anything in the future. The problem is hopefully, permanently fixed but after we were told to buy the replacement kit/part which ended up being a faulty spigot and couldn't be returned because the technician took the box, the final 3rd trip, a $400.+ bill not counting the cost of the kit we ordered, and last but not least a very arrogant, rude co-owner who wouldn't let you get a word in.........well let's just say the pictures should speak for themselves. It was a lot of money for sloppy "shoddy" work. A spigot that's not the same as the original one we purchased/ordered, that's not flush with the tub and obviously angled down, and now 2 cutouts in the closet. Oh and look at the picture at what happened to the hot/cold plate that the Tech soldered. He never said a word about the damage. We didn't notice it right away. We had to replace it also ourselves. We can't honestly say that this was a good experience at all. A senior citizen retiree nightmare. Now we have to somehow either caulk the awkward wide gap ourselves or call a different plumber to fix this mess. We're not made of money and we sure don't think people are these days. "Live and learn" as they say. (May 2023)

I've always thought it a shame when some talented contractors could do their trade (plumbing,…read moreelectrical, paint, etc...) but they couldn't manage the business side of things. Well after struggling (and I mean STRUGGLING) to get my previous plumber to actually show up and complete a job I got fed up and looked for someone else. I picked up a flyer from AAA Upstate Plumbing at the Southern Home & Garden Show so we called them. Not only did they come out within a few hours of my call - but they had the problem fixed and noticed a minor leak on the kitchen sink that I had noticed too but forgot to mention. They fixed that and then did a small extra job on another sink that I hadn't called about but while I had someone there I asked. I can't say enough good things about something as small and simple as actually showing up and fixing a problem - it's not rocket science you know. I found a new plumber to use and I'm glad I did.
