I was looking for a new Chiro in my area and Batson came highly recommended. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and really care about their patients. My initial evaluation was thorough and the treatment plan suggested was correct for my hip injury. Ad the end of the 8 visits recommended I was pain free and back at 100% participation at the gym and in all my outdoor activities. At my request I started a monthly maintenance plan and that is working well. Today was my first maintenance visit and I enjoyed the therapy, massage chair and my adjustment. I felt like a new person when I left the clinic. They worked with me to design my personalized treatment plan and offered a choice of payments and discounts. Absolutely thrilled to have found this chiropractic office. Each visit feels like a mini massage! The therapists work on your trouble areas with a massage gun prior to adjustments and you have the option to sit in the amazing massage chairs at the end. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and it truly feels genuine. I've had experiences where you can sometimes feel a bit forced or sold on a care plan but here their approach to care is very moderate and manageable and the price is very fair for the care received. Each adjustment really feels like a difference was made and improvements are felt. The experience is personalized and their knowledge is thoroughly demonstrated. I will start this by saying I am not a fan of the Chiropractic Profession. I came here as a last resort having gone to my orthopedic doctor and a wonderful physical therapist, I could just not get the relief I was looking for with some chronic back problems. My back problems deal directly with my thoracic ribs in my mid/upper back. Batson Chiropractic Group has the friendliest staff I have ever met at any medical facility. On my first visit I was given a tour of the facility. They staff 4 Chiropractors, a Physical Therapist with staff. They also have Therapeutic Massage and one of the Chiropractors is a licensed Acupuncturist and Nutritionist. All of these services is another reason I decided to give this place a try. I was very pleased as all my questions were answered concerning everything from expenses to treatment plan. Dr. Frank (Batson) is the one who treated me on my first visit after a visit to the PT Department where they did some "Deep Heat" Ultrasound to loosen up the muscles in my affected area. I am not sure how much relief I have gotten so far but it is too soon to tell. So far I have only had 3 visits. Dr. Frank gave me a realistic plan of 4-5 visits to get things back the way they need to be and then we will see where we are. The main thing that put me off about visiting a Chiropractor is the constant visits and "adjustments". This is not the case here. We are looking to fix the problem not just the symptoms of pain. I would suggest this Group of folks to anyone looking for a Chiropractor. If you visit them be sure to take advantage of all of the services. read more

I have been going to Batson Chiropractic for two or three months. I have Parkinson's disease and some other issues. I started the Brain Core program in July. It is a comprehensive program that Dr. Batson has put together. He includes seven chiropractic adjustments, seven acupuncture sessions, and one nutritional analysis in addition to as many bring core sessions as you want for three months. My back is so much better and I am sleeping much better. Overall I am just much better and my family and friends have noticed and commented on it. It's the only thing that has really made a difference since I was diagnosed with Parkinson's 2012. I have tried lots of other therapies. I am so grateful for this wonderful resource. Two years ago, a co-worker recommended Batson because I was having severe lower back pain that was beginning to shoot down the back of my leg. I was very familiar with chiropractic care because I played sports, but was still apprehensive because it was a new doctor. The first visit blew me away, and that's why I keep going back: Before any services are started, they let me know up front what he cost would be since I hadn't met my deductible yet, which I greatly appreciated. From the tour of the office to meeting the (available) doctors, everything was above and beyond. My work schedule changes by he day, and they are very understanding when it comes to cancelling and rescheduling with no "cancellation fees" to go along with that. I have been going to BCG for about 4 years now. Let me tell you that I will never go anywhere else! Dr. Jeff Lamberth is one of the chiropractors who also specializes in acupuncture. I have been to him for both, and he is absolutely wonderful. While I've been adjusted by a couple different doctors at BCG, I feel like Dr. Jeff is the right fit for me. I highly recommend him. All the staff at BCG are incredible. Gayle and Danette are wizards when it comes to therapy. I always know I'm in good hands (literally) when I'm with them. What they do is just as important as the adjustments themselves. They are not satisfied until they get you feeling better. You can just tell that they truly care about their patients. And I'm convinced that the ladies in reception are all literal angels! They are all just the nicest women you will ever meet. The second you walk through the door, they know you by your first name and make you feel truly welcome and at home. Well I just have to start by saying that this place has given me my life back. I was in so much pain when I started that I could not see any way to feel normal again. Well, this morning...after about 2 months of weekly visits..I can say I feel like my old self. My range of motion is back, the shooting pains in my neck, shoulder and back have gone away and I'm almost like new. They have taught me what good posture is about and why it is so important. And most importantly to NEVER hold the phone with my head to my shoulder!!!! Dr. J and the whole group have been amazing, sympathetic and paid attention to all details. I started going to Batson Chiropractive a few weeks ago in alot of pain. I had several chronic issues and needed some relief from pain. The staff are excellent and the doctor has relieved me of chronic pain in several areas of my life. After a 3rd opinion from orthopadedic surgon I had made up my mind to have some very serious surgery and I would be off work for six to eight weeks. I was set to set this surgery up. Today my doctor at Batson gently got my neck to crack three times and I have more mobiltily in my neck than I have had for several years. the surgery I was going to have is now on hold. 5 stars does not seem enough. 6 months ago I cam to Batson Chiropractic depressed and in constant pain. I had a bulging disc. So first I did decompression therapy. Decompression and working with the therapists 3 times a week for 20 treatments. Before decompression I had been to the ortho, repeatedly for shots. And they worked, a little, however they stopped being affective. It has been 3 months since my last decompression and I am pain free! So if they fixed my pain could my depression be cured??? I have been on anti-depressants on and off for 20 years. Initially the medicine would work and after 10 months or so it would lose the effectiveness. And my dosage was continually being increased, until I could not take it any more, and would have to switch medicines. It was a vicious cycle. I also took a lot of naps. I was in bed 7-8 hours a night and I thought I was sleeping. However I NEVER fely rested. EVER. So I had a brain map done. And the map confirmed many of my issues. "chronic anxiety, sleep deficit. depression." Dr Frank said I would be a good candidate for BrainCore. My husband and I talked about the commitment of time and money BrainCore would be. We decided that even if I saw only 50% improvement that it would be worth it. So I committed. The first thing Becca trained was sleeping. In less then 2 weeks I no longer needed to nap. Becca trained my brain to sleep properly at night. It was amazing! Next she kept training my brain and I was able to stop using anxiety meds, and stop using depression meds. I never thought I would be off medicine. Over the 3 months I had 34 treatments and a 95% improvement. In addition to the BrainCore training I received chiropractic adjustments, 2 messages, nutritional supplements, and acupuncture. I never had acupuncture before. I had been suffering from bursitis. With shots I was able to reduce and never eliminate the pain. 2 acupuncture appointments and the pain went from a 4 to a .5. I am amazed and feel like a new person. I can not say thank you enough to Dr. Frank, the rest of the docs and most importantly to his amazing team! Becca, Gayle, Danette, James, Amanda, Tracy, Asha and Lesley.
