Review for the service department:…read more Super friendly and easy to work with! Prices are also very reasonable compared to other local shops. Brought in a set of wheels off my Vespa to have the shop swap out to a new set of tires. I provided the tires myself and the shop charged $50 per wheel to get the tires swapped and balanced. Wheels were ready for pickup the following day and were nice and clean. Thanks again!

Sales - (5/5 Excellent) Service - (2/5 Below Average)…read more This year I purchased both a Triumph Scrambler and an Aprilia Tuareg 660 Rally from this dealership. Here's my honest review of their Sales and Service Departments: Sales: Brandon was outstanding to work with -- professional, honest, and great with communication. He kept me updated on the progress of my special-order Aprilia and honored a competitive price match on my Triumph. The Finance Department was equally efficient and transparent. There were no high-pressure add-ons or upselling tactics, and both purchases were completed in about 30 minutes each. I truly appreciated how simple and straightforward the entire sales experience was. Service: Unfortunately, the Service Department was a completely different experience. For my Triumph's first service, I needed a broken bolt removed to replace both clutch and brake levers, and to have the service wrench light reset. I was charged 1.5 hours of labor for a task that typically takes 15 minutes. The service light wasn't reset, and when I picked up the bike, the seat wasn't properly latched -- something I luckily noticed before transporting it home. For my Aprilia's first service, I scheduled the work to include installation of the quick shifter and heated grips. The total cost was around $1,000. Despite having an appointment and being told the bike would be ready by the end of the day, I was later informed it hadn't even been touched. When I returned the next day -- a four-hour round trip costing roughly $100 in gas -- I was told the bike was "done," only to be informed in person that a technician smelled a burnt-clutch odor in the oil and suggested I leave it for further inspection. No details, no follow-up plan, and no quick diagnostic -- just a vague recommendation to spend more money on a new evaluation. When I asked if a simple clutch test was performed, I was told they were "too busy." At that point, it was clear my time and investment weren't valued. I chose not to authorize more labor for a potential warranty issue, and decided I won't be returning for future service. Positive Note: Izzy, who works the service counter, deserves recognition -- always polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. Final Thoughts: Customers expect to build trust and confidence with a dealership's service department. Unfortunately, I left with neither. While the Sales Team was excellent, my experiences with Service -- especially with technician Eric -- were disappointing and have completely eroded my confidence in their operation. I would not recommend this dealership for service.

I had an exceptional experience at Motorsport Exotica, thanks to the exceptional care and knowledge…read moreof Jared and Tanner. I felt very comfortable having them modify my brand-new R1. From the moment I walked in until the second I got my bike work done, they communicated with me, kept me posted, and helped me choose the right modifications for my needs. This isn't your typical corner sport bike shop that charges you little for subpar work. If you want premium work done on your ride, you need to pay premium for it, and that's exactly what Motorsport Exotica is about. Tanner was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and working with my schedule. I felt so welcomed and the shop is absolutely amazing. The beautiful rides and awesome vibe make it a great place to be. I also got to meet all the employees who do the actual work, and I was stunned by their originality and talent. The employees in the back working on the bikes were truly exceptional. I highly recommend Motorsport Exotica for all your sport bike needs. Oh, and I almost forgot: if you call and they don't answer, they'll call you right back. Who does that these days?

1 Star - Disappointed - Poor Workmanship & Questionable Practices…read more I brought my Aprilia RSV4 to this shop for a valve adjustment, and the experience was extremely disappointing. After nearly a week, I picked up the bike and immediately noticed it didn't sound right--rough and unhealthy. I raised my concerns, but the tech insisted it was normal and said everything was fine. It wasn't. Shortly after, I discovered the bike was nearly 3/4 of a quart low on oil--something that should never happen after a major service. When I brought it back, they acknowledged the oil level but chose not to recheck the valve adjustment, which was the main reason for the visit. After getting nowhere with them, I contacted other shops for a second opinion. Every one of them agreed the bike didn't sound right. I ended up checking the valves again--they were out of spec. That should never happen after a valve adjustment. Additional issues included: * Clutch cover gasket was not replaced, despite being charged for it. * My race air filter was removed, replaced with a lower-quality aftermarket filter, and I was still charged $87 to "clean" the original--which was never returned. * Crankcase bolt cover was left loose and leaking oil. * I provided oil and a filter, yet they still charged labor for an oil change that should've been included in the valve service. * Tank bolts were stripped. * There were inconsistencies between what was said on the phone and what was done in the shop. This experience showed a clear lack of attention to detail and care, and in some cases, what felt like dishonest practices. I would not trust this shop again and would not recommend it to others. Stay away.
