My tub has a thin spot, something stuck in the epoxy and rough spots. After contact them the scheduler promised to come back to finish the issues. My tub looks great again after a minor incident with a hardcore soap dish fell and cracked my tub. I know, it is very weird because usually the opposite happens, anyone would think that the soap dish would have cracked versus my tub. But nope, the complete opposite happened which caused me to do a search on Yelp for companies that could repair it. This establishment came to my rescue! Jay did an amazing job for us - the tub was looking really rough after our shower retiling project and I was skeptical about if refinishing the tub could make it look presentable-again. My expectations were exceeded when he finished the job as the tub looked better than new. After this experience, I'm not sure why anybody would get a new tub instead of refinishing it. Their prices were very competitive and we picked them because it came in lowest out of the 4 places. The quality was never lost so I would and will use these guys again in the future. 6 stars if I could! My cleaning service put a several inch chip in an otherwise brand-new looking tub. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a repair but it looked awful. Some companies said I'd have to refinish the whole tub. Some repairs were over twice Bathtub Restoration Pros. I was very hesitant about how the color-matching would look and the "patch" would really stick out, especially at such at a low price, but James said if I didn't like the repair for $125, I could apply that $125 to the cost of re-glazing the entire tub and their re-glazing price was the lowest I found, so I tried the repair. The color match was great! You can't see the repair at all. After it was done, there was a few small bubbles in the finish. They told it should go away after 24 hours and if didn't, they would come back and sand it out once completely dry. It didn't go away, but true to their word, they made another visit to my house, smoothed in out in just a few minutes. Very happy with the repair, the price and the service. read more

We did a lot of research on what price range to expect to refinish our tub and were a little shocked when we received multiple quotes well above that range. So we were actually a little nervous when Bathtub Restoration Pros came within our expected range. Thankfully we had nothing to worry about. They did a GREAT job at a very reasonable price. We got 2 sinks and a bathtub restored and it looks fantastic. They came on time and were very responsive and professional. They explained the process and how to best maintain our restored bathrooms. They suggested (but didn't pressure) that they do the tub walls in addition to the tub and it was a wonderful suggestion.
