The team were never really interested in helping us pursue the house we wanted and made up lies, excuses and tried to delay our purchase as much as they physically could. We dealt with Tammy and Claire who made little effort in easing what should be a fun and exciting experience for a first time buyer. They tried their absolute hardest to keep us from viewing the house, despite the fact we rushed to put together a proof of deposit for them as this was apparently a requirement. They then claimed to have "accepted" our offer.. yet still listed a previous lower offer on their website. They kept taking other offers and completely backtracked on the fact they accepted our offer. Meanwhile, we were still adamant we wanted this house, so we raised the stakes.. so much to the point that both Tammy and Claire claimed that they would be opting for another buyer for a LOWER PRICE. It was never about price.. they never took our offer seriously and tried to delay our purchase from going ahead (by claiming they were having "technical issues").. and it was always me that chased them for updates. If they ever faced an issue, they wouldn't contact me. I had to pick up the phone 5 times a day to get every little update and attempt to hold their hand through the process. It's now become apparent that they never wanted us to hold hands. Service was so poor - Claire (someone who is clearly in the wrong job!) could barely count up our deposit figures. I am still trying to understand what their hidden agenda was, but one thing is for sure... they are rotten to the core and made our lives an absolute misery. What a waste of time and effort. This experience has made me lose faith in the fact that there must be good, honest and hard-working people out there.

I popped in intending to drop the key off and come back in 20 minutes or so but the nice chap working (the owner I believe) said he could get to it right away even though he was in the middle of something when I walked in! £4.50 for 1 new key is the only reason they don't get 5 stars on this occasion as I feel that is a pretty steep price, but all in all a very prompt efficient service for one of those things we all need from time to time!

The staff were very helpful, i dealt with a man called Paul (Who is the new owner) and helped guide me to what I wanted. Bolton Bathrooms have installers that subcontract for them, this worried me at first but the working relationship between the showroom staff is exactly what you want when having project like this undertaken in your home. There were one or two small issues that made themselves apparent mid job but within the hour of reporting it BB and the installer had come to a solution, solved it and informed me (at no extra cost!). I can't recommend Bolton Bathrooms enough - Everyone was transparent from the get go and they took everything off of my hands from the initial meeting when i had arranged for one of them to come out and measure.

We were looking to put in a new bathroom a year or so ago and came to this place to look around…read more It was easy to find (although the parking wasn't the easiest in the world), and we walked in with quite high expectations. However, we were disappointed and eventually took our custom elsewhere. The problems were two-fold. Firstly, whilst there was a lot of stuff on show, none of it particularly inspired us: it seemed to have been put together in the shop in a rather haphazard way, and not 'installed' particularly well at all. Secondly, the customer service wasn't anything to write home about. The staff did not seem especially attentive and whilst they took our details and threw together a bathroom design (which they then posted out to us), we weren't very impressed: the design seemed drab and mass-produced rather than something individualised and inspiring. However, the design was quite well-priced. All in all, the one word that springs to mind is mediocre. Some folk have managed to elevate mediocrity to an art form (think the England cricket team), but I'm afraid I can't even write that of Bolton Bathrooms Ltd Maybe you'll do better if you investigate these people yourself -- but we went elsewhere in the end.

Thanks to brilliant service from Two Buzzards - notably Dave - I didn't have to stress at all about getting my stuff from A to B. Overall the move took less than 30 minutes - including a 10-15 minute drive to the new house, which is brilliant as some moving company's can really drag out the moving. Our stuff was loaded careful and secured in well in the back of the van and there wasn't a scratch on anything at the other side! Beds, office furniture and bedroom furniture all moved from old house to new in no time at all and at a very affordable price.
